SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — A concert featuring several R&B stars from the 1990s is coming to Shreveport. The 90's R&B Fest will arrive in the area soon. The event will feature performances from a variety of artists, including Adina Howard, Michel'le, and Shai. There will also be performances from groups Dru Hill, Changing Faces, and Kut Klose.
