CABSAT set to launch 31st edition tomorrow in Dubai alongside Integrate ME

CABSAT marks its 31st edition with over 450 exhibitors and 18,000 attendees, promising three days of impactful discussions, demos and networking. Co-located Integrate Middle East returns for its third edition, spotlighting the fast-evolving Pro AV and media tech sectors. Dubai is set to once again host the region's leading media, content, broadcast, Pro AV and technology events as CABSAT and Integrate Middle East (Integrate ME) return from May 13 to 15, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. These co-located flagship gatherings promise to unite global industry leaders for a three-day showcase of innovation, collaboration and insights into the future of media and technology. Celebrating its 31st edition, CABSAT has already solidified its position as the premier media and tech event in the MEASA region. The 2024 edition welcomed approximately 18,900 visitors and featured over 450 exhibitors from more than 120 countries. The upcoming event is expected to build on this success by introducing fresh content, global exhibitors and innovative technologies. With strong international participation, including new exhibitors and national pavilions from China, France and Germany, CABSAT 2025 will highlight the most advanced solutions shaping the future of media. One of the event's popular highlights returning in 2025 is the Dubai Studio City Tour, offering visitors a rare behind-the-scenes experience inside one of MENA's largest production and post-production facilities. From cutting-edge green screen technology to its massive water tank studio and boutique production spaces, the studio tour provides insight into how major international and regional productions come to life, further cementing Dubai's role as a central hub for filmmaking. Another key feature is the Co-Production Salon, a platform dedicated to fostering investment and collaboration in Arabic content production. Returning for its fourth edition with a 90% re-participation rate, the salon offers a space for content creators, investors and industry leaders to explore emerging opportunities in the growing MENA media market. Activities include the Co-Production Wall of Fame, the exclusive CEO Networking Power Hour, deep dives into future content trends, and an advanced matchmaking tool that connects industry stakeholders efficiently. CABSAT 2025 will also present a full agenda of thought leadership sessions, panels and fireside chats. These discussions will tackle critical topics such as government support for media-tech innovation, the evolution of entertainment in MEASA, trends in content marketplaces, and the UAE's strategic rise as a filmmaking destination. Attendees can expect high-level discourse led by executives, policy-makers, and tech pioneers. Demonstrations of the latest technologies will be a core part of the event. Exhibitors like ARET, a leader in custom broadcast solutions, will showcase advanced OB Vans and studio technologies. With a history of collaboration with major industry players like RAI, Ross Video and Lawo, ARET is set to display its most recent projects, including mobile units for Sharjah and Abu Dhabi Media. The company's long-standing presence at CABSAT underlines the event's reputation as a key venue for business development and innovation in the broadcast sector. Meanwhile, with the global Pro AV market projected to reach $518bn by 2030, Integrate Middle East 2025 positions itself as the definitive platform for the region's digital transformation. The exhibition will explore how AI-driven automation, hyper-personalised digital signage and interactive AV experiences are revolutionising sectors such as smart cities, healthcare, retail, hospitality and corporate environments. Exhibitors and global innovators will converge in Dubai to showcase how real-world applications of Pro AV technology are enhancing everything from urban infrastructure to remote collaboration. Companies like HOHEM will present intelligent AV solutions designed to elevate communication and user engagement in both business and public spheres.
