Arnold Schwarzenegger's Son Joseph Baena Details Fitness Journey
Originally appeared on E! Online Say hello to Arnold Schwarzenegger's not-so-little kin. Indeed, the Terminator star's youngest son Joseph Baena, 27, has detailed his rigorous fitness journey on social media. And now, he's reflecting on the one sport that inspired him to focus on his health. 'People sometimes forget that I used to be chubby in high school,' Joseph captioned his July 18 Instagram post, which sees him looking back on his weight loss over the years. 'I got cut from my basketball and soccer team because I couldn't keep up with the other kids. Swim didn't have tryouts thankfully and completely changed my life forever.' According to the bodybuilder, this activity was his 'introduction to fitness and training.' And while Joseph—whose mom is Mildred Baena—has tried out other high intensity sports in recent years, he's grateful that he found swimming at a young age. More from E! Joseph's candid post comes two years after he reached one of his biggest fitness goals: Competing in his first triathlon. In October 2023, the realtor gushed over scoring his first medal on Instagram. 'What a great experience it was to compete with such amazing athletes,' he wrote at the time. 'With my birthday coming up I wanted to challenge myself in a new way, I feel like I did really well and I'm proud of myself for going the distance. I truly believe that if you have muscles, you should be able to use them.' And he isn't the only member of Arnold's family flexing his muscles. After all, the former governor's other son Christopher Schwarzenegger—the youngest of Arnold's four kids with ex Maria Shriver—has also been building his own exercise routine for six years. The 27-year-old recently shared the beloved food item he 'gave up' for Lent—the Christian religious observance that lasts for 40 days—to help him shed 30 pounds. 'I was like, 'Well, if I'm giving up bread, I might as well just take the opportunity and I'm a good Catholic boy, so I'm not going to break it,'' he explained at the Inaugural Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit in May. 'And so I lost 30 pounds just through that.' Man Gored by Bison While Visiting Yellowstone National Park
Originally appeared on E! Online A New Jersey resident is on the mend after a shocking end to his visit to Wyoming. At Yellowstone National Park June 10, a 30-year-old man from Randolph, New Jersey, sustained minor injuries after being gored by a bison, when a large visiting group got a little too close to the animal, according to the park's website. Park officials said in a news release that the bison charged at the man at around 9:45 a.m. local time in the Old Faithful geyser area of the park. Yellowstone officials are still investigating the severity of the man's injuries and the incident itself, although they reported he had been 'treated and transported by emergency personnel.' This is the fifth bison-related incident to occur in the national park since 2023, according to Yellowstone. The latest bison blitz follows another situation that occurred this spring in the Lake Village area of the park, when a 47-year-old Florida resident was similarly struck by the animal's horns. Following her attack, Yellowstone issued a report saying she was airlifted to an Idaho hospital by helicopter. Yellowstone repeatedly warns its visitors about the dangers of getting too close to bison that live in the park, recommending to maintain at least 25 yards of distance from the animals, and at least 100 yards from the park's bears, wolves and cougars. 'Bison have injured more people in Yellowstone than any other animal,' Yellowstone has said in several press statements following the various attacks. 'Bison are not aggressive animals but will defend their space when threatened. They are unpredictable and can run three times faster than humans.' After the park opened up on the situation on social media, many online users reacted to the latest attack, noting the victim was blatantly breaking the Yellowstone rules. 'Don't pet the fluffy cows!' one user joked, with another adding, 'You guys don't put those signs up just for fun??' For the latest breaking news updates, click here to download the E! News App

Pink's Daughter Willow Deserves a Tony Award for This Performance
Originally appeared on E! Online Pink is raising her glass to one special performance. From the comfort of her living room, the 'So What' singer watched the 2025 Tony Awards with her 14-year-old daughter Willow Sage and, in addition to seeing stars like Darren Criss and Cole Escola take home trophies, she was treated to her own at-home concert. In a video shared to Pink's Instagram Story June 8, Willow stood on her own version of the Radio City Music Hall stage (a coffee table in the living room) and belted the song 'Where I Wanna Be' from the Tony-nominated musical Boop! Atop the clip, the 'Raise Your Glass' singer wrote, 'I like when she sings at me.' Pink—who also shares son Jameson Moon, 8, with husband Carey Hart—also commemorated theater's biggest night with a carousel of pics showing Willow enraptured by the award show and wearing a self-made ensemble. 'This girl is where she wants to be,' the 45-year-old wrote in the June 8 Instagram post, 'dressed up in her Great Gatsby the Musical costume (which she designed herself) watching the Tony's!' 'I am happy as long as my kids are being their authentic selves, and they're not a--holes,' Pink wrote in an October Instagram post of her and her daughter's trip to see The Great Gatsby on Broadway. 'But having a theater kid? Ultimate dream slash best case scenario.' 'I am under no illusion that any of this is easy,' she continued. 'Parenting, being a kid, being on this earth, any of it. As long as we are doing 'almost our best', and allowing others to be their true selves- then I think we're nailing it.' Meanwhile, ahead of Willow leaving her mom's Summer Carnival tour last June to participate in a home production of Bye Bye Birdie, Pink emphasized her excitement for her daughter's passion. 'I want her to go do the damn thing," the 'What About Us' singer said in a May interview with People. 'She's got a voice, man. She's a little bird.'
