Ahmed El Sakka Shares Poster for Film "Ahmed Wi Ahmed"

Yara Sameh Egyptian actor Ahmed El Sakka shared Monday on Instagram the official poster for his upcoming film"Ahmed Wi Ahmed". The pic boasts a cast that includes Ahmed Fahmy, Tarek Lotfy, Gihan El Shamashergy, Mohamed Lotfy, and more. Ahmed Nader Galal directs the film from a script by Ahmed Darwish and Mohamed Abdullah. Film Square is the studio behind the pic. It marks the first collaboration between El Sakka and Lotfy on the big screen in 19 years after the 2006 film "Ean Aleashq Walhuaa". The pic also witnesses the fourth collaboration between the duo after the TV series "El Atawla" seasons one and season 2, the 2006 film "Ean Aleashq Walhuaa", and the 1998 film "Saeidi Fil Gameaa Al Amerikeya". "Ahmed Wi Ahmed" is set to premiere during the Eid al-Adha movie marathon. El Sakka, born on March 1, 1973, is an Egyptian actor. He graduated from the Academy of Arts. He began his acting career with appearances in Egyptian mini-series and ended up co-starring in many famed Ramadan series. Early in his career, El Sakka appeared in popular series such as 'Nesf Rabeea El-Akhar', "Nsf Rbye Alakhar", "Wamin Aldhy la Yuhibu Fatma?", "Tarwid Alsharisa", "Helm El Ganouby", and "Zayzinia S1". He established himself as an actor in 1998 when he co-starred in the film 'Saeedi Fil Gamaa El Amrekeia' (Saeedi in the American University). Ahmed El Sakka and Tarek Lotfy to Star in New Film after 19 Years

"Al Jazeera 3" Gets Devastating Update

Yara Sameh The third installment in the Egyptian actor Ahmed El Sakka-lead "Al Jazeera" (The Island) franchise got an upsetting update regarding its release date. Released in 2007, the first film follows Mansour taking charge as the leader of a drug cartel in Upper Egypt and setting his own rules after the death of his father, but the unresponsive government of the land soon springs into action against him. The second entry was released in 2014 and sees Mansour al Hanafi escape prison to the island after the January 25 Revolution, only to find Sheikh Khaled emerged changing the balance of power. The cast also stars the likes of Hend Sabry, the late Khaled Saleh, Khaled El Sawy, Nidal Al-Shafi'i, Arwa Gouda, Ahmed Malek, Samy Maghawry, Mohamed El Tagy, and more. What's the update on Al Jazeera 3? Addressing the possibility of making a third entry of the franchise, El Sakka clarified that he had not heard of the news before. "This is the first time I've heard of this. The decision is up to Professor Sherif Arafa and Mohamed Diab, the film's director and screenwriter, only god knows how will they make it work. I have no idea about the matter," he said. El Sakka is currently participating in season 2 of the star-studded TV series "El Atawla". The cast of season 2 features original cast members Tarek Lotfy, Zeina, Bassem Samra, Hoda Eletreby, Mostafa Abo Sriea, Mariam El Gendy, and more. It also stars newcomers Fifi Abdou, Nesreen Amin, and Tharaa Goubail. Ahmed El Sakka Hospitalized after Suffering Injury while Shooting "El Atawla" Season 2

Yara Sameh Egyptian actor Ahmed El Sakka was hospitalized Friday after being injured on the set of season 2 of the star-studded TV series " El Atawla". A source from the series revealed that El Sakka was taken to a hospital for examination after he sustained an injury in the face and head while shooting a fight sequence. The insider explained that El Sakka will remain in the hospital for one day and will return to complete filming his scenes in "El Atawla" Season 2 next Sunday. The cast of season 2 features original cast members Tarek Lotfy, Zeina, Bassem Samra, Hoda Eletreby, Mostafa Abo Sriea, Mariam El Gendy, and more. It also stars newcomers Fifi Abdou, Nesreen Amin, and Tharaa Goubail. The drama is scripted by Mustafa Gamal Hashem, directed by Ahmed Khaled Mousa, and produced by Cedars Art Production. Season 2 of "El Atawla" is set to screen during the Ramadan 2025 drama marathon.
