Ahmed El Sakka and Tarek Lotfy to Star in New Film after 19 Years
Egyptian stars Ahmed El Sakka and Tarek Lotfy have found their next collaboration in the film "Ahmed Wi Ahmed."
It marks the first collaboration between El Sakka and Lotfy on the big screen in 19 years after the 2006 film "Ean Aleashq Walhuaa".
The pic also witnesses the fourth collaboration between the pair after the TV series "El Atawla" season one and season 2, the 2006 film "Ean Aleashq Walhuaa", and the 1998 film "Saeidi Fil Gameaa Al Amerikeya".
"Ahmed Wi Ahmed" also boasts a cast that includes Ahmed Fahmy, Gihan El Shamashergy, Mohamed Lotfy, and more.
Ahmed Nader Galal directs the film from a script by Ahmed Darwish and Mohamed Abdullah. Film Square is the studio behind the pic.
El Sakka, born on March 1, 1973, is an Egyptian actor. He graduated from the Academy of Arts.
He began his acting career with appearances in Egyptian mini-series and ended up co-starring in many famed Ramadan series.
Early in his career, El Sakka appeared in popular series such as 'Nesf Rabeea El-Akhar', "Nsf Rbye Alakhar", "Wamin Aldhy la Yuhibu Fatma?", "Tarwid Alsharisa", "Helm El Ganouby", and "Zayzinia S1".
He established himself as an actor in 1998 when he co-starred in the film 'Saeedi Fil Gamaa El Amrekeia' (Saeedi in the American University).
In 2000, the actor received his first leading film role in 'Short wi Fanila wi Cap' (Short, T-Shirt and Cap).

Egyptian-Russian Foundation Hosts Russian Student Delegation
Ali abo deshish As part of efforts to strengthen cultural and scientific ties between Egypt and Russia, the Egyptian-Russian Foundation for Culture and Science, headed by Mr. Shady El-Shafie, welcomed a delegation of Russian students from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, the University for the Humanities, and the University of Economics. Mr. Shady El-Shafie affirmed that through such initiatives, the Foundation seeks to promote the exchange of expertise and the dissemination of knowledge by publishing books in both Russian and Arabic, thereby supporting cultural relations between the two countries. Dr. Mohamed Saber, a faculty member at the Egyptian-Russian University, explained that this cultural program is held annually for a full month, allowing Russian students to study Arabic and experience Egyptian civilization firsthand. Laila Elwy Involved in Car Accident
Yara Sameh Veteran Egyptian actress Laila Elwy was recently involved in a car accident. The accident occurred two days ago when the acclaimed actress was making her way to Egypt's North Coast. Elwy sustained bruises and contusions to her shoulder and neck, as well as surface injuries and scratches. The car was also significantly damaged. The actress's manager reassured fans of her well being and noted that her health is improving significantly. The manager added that she is undergoing a period of rest and recovery. Elwy, born on January 4, 1962, made her acting debut at a young age in children's programming "Abla Fadeela" on the Radio and "Mama Samiha" on television. Laila took small parts in films as a child and performed in several titles. Late Egyptian actor, Nour El-Sherif discovered her acting skills while she was performing on stage. She co-starred in her first role in a drama in the TV series 'Dimoo' Fawq al-Haqiqa' (Tears Over the Truth).
