Liam gets an unexpected shock in new Emmerdale video

The local GP is approached by Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) at the start of the clip, who wants to know if he's had anymore thought about the secret she told him. After Joe Tate's (Ned Porteous) lies were exposed in front of multiple people at Home Farm, Manpreet wondered what her future would look like. A few months ago, Joe tricked Manpreet into getting a vial of Caleb Miligan's (William Ash) blood, convincing her that he needed to get it tested to see if he has the AAT deficiency. While this was true, Joe wasn't testing his uncle's blood as a thoughtful gesture. He needed to see if Caleb was a blood match to him and when Doctor Crowley confirmed that he was, Joe's illegal kidney transplant could go ahead. Manpreet knew what she was doing was unethical, but she felt the need to help Joe after he did the same for her. After witnessing Joe's secrets get revealed, Manpreet was fearful over what her involvement in the organ harvesting meant for her. She tried to confront Joe, but he brushed her off. This left an emotional Manpreet with no choice but to confess everything to Liam. Liam makes worrying discovery about Manpreet in Emmerdale
What a pickle Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) has got herself into in Emmerdale. The local GP decided a few months ago to start posting intimate images of herself online. She made this choice at a time her confidence levels were low, but she didn't really consider that they'd be discovered by someone in the village. As a result of Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) sneaking a look at Billy Fletcher's (Jay Kontzle) tablet, he discovered what Manpreet had been up to. He then started blackmailing her, but she didn't know he was the culprit for ages. Joe used Manpreet's situation to his advantage by manipulating her into helping him. She had to unethically get her hands on a vial of Caleb Miligan's (William Ash) blood, which was then tested by Doctor Crowley (James Hillier). Manpreet was tricked into thinking Joe wanted to test Caleb's blood to see if he has AAT deficiency. While this was true, Joe wasn't doing it out of the kindness of his heart, he was doing it in the hope Caleb would share a blood match to him. It turned out he did, so Joe then orchestrated the plan that ultimately saw him illegally receive his uncle's kidney. Yesterday, Home Farm was the location of all of Joe's secrets being revealed, including the organ donation. To Manpreet's horror, she realised she had been royally played, and knew if her involvement in Joe's plot was revealed, her career would be destroyed. Emmerdale fans confused over missing character: ‘Can someone explain?'
Emmerdale fans have been left baffled after an integral character was missing from a recent episode. Last night's scenes saw some of the villagers gather at home Farm to celebrate Lydia Dingle's (Karen Blick) 50th birthday, but the birthday girl herself was nowhere to be seen. As the celebrations kicked off, Sam Dingle (James Hooton) was disappointed to learn that Lydia was having car trouble and was delayed in getting to the event. Taking to social media, fans couldn't believe that Lydia wasn't in the episode that was centred around her big day. 'Can someone explain to me why Lydia isn't even at her own 50th?' One fan wrote on Twitter/X, while another questioned: 'Where the bloody hell is Lydia and why does no one care?' 'Where is Lydia though?' A third asked, while a fourth added: 'Is Lydia the Birthday girl going to appear?' Chas and Liam take a big step after a very awkward situation in Emmerdale
Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) and Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) have had quite the unconventional start to their Emmerdale romance and it's not getting any more normal as time goes on. After falling for each other quickly they decided to get married but have since called off their wedding as Liam's supposed stalker Ella Forster (Paula Lane) remains at large and they fear she might sabotage their day. What they don't know is that it's actually John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) doing the sabotaging, but that's by-the-by. Despite their setbacks – including Liam getting walloped over the head by John in a case of mistaken identity (not that he knows it was John) – the couple are determined to keep moving forwards with their relationship now that Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) and John have taken their wedding date. There's one huge step they've been reluctant to take, but their hands are forced by Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley). She manages to make their living arrangements incredibly awkward, when Liam catches her in an unguarded moment. With Liam painfully awkward anyway, this is enough to tip him over the edge, and he decides enough is enough, he needs to leave. Emmerdale teases very unexpected romance as flirting ramps up
Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) is certainly lonely in Emmerdale. The character was in a relationship with Charles Anderson (Kevin Mathurin) last year, but they split in the aftermath of Ethan's (Emile John) sudden death. A few months ago, we learnt that Charles sleeping with Laurel (Charlotte Bellamy) impacted Manpreet's self-confidence. As a result of wanting to feel validated, she took to sharing private images of herself online, which were eventually discovered by Joe Tate (Ned Porteous), and used in a blackmail plot. With Manpreet searching for a spark where the world of love and lust is concerned, she grabbed an opportunity tonight when she saw Ross Barton (Michael Parr) all alone. Ross was playing pool and drinking by himself after being dumped by Steph (Georgia Jay). He wasn't exactly looking for a rebound, but didn't have a problem with Manpreet arriving and trying to flirt.
