He instantly lost control of the vehicle, which swerved into the divider and overturned multiple times. The impact ejected all three occupants from the vehicle, which continued down the highway. Jackie was violently thrown and collided with a metal structure near the divider, suffering fatal chest, head, and shoulder injuries. He died on the spot. Akash and Pankaj were also ejected and slammed into the ground, suffering grievous injuries. The out-of-control Innova crashed into a parked commercial vehicle, flipped four to five times, and then slammed into a parked Ertiga, injuring its driver, who hadn't even started the engine or had time to react.
