Penrith's North Lakes Hotel and Spa unveils new spa-cation package
Skip the airport queues and treat yourself to a flying visit to the captivating Lake District. The four-star North Lakes Hotel & Spa – part of Thwaites – has everything you need to play 'tourist' this summer.
A two-night spa break
Pure rest and relaxation – all wrapped up in a two-night luxurious spa break, including lunch and dinner, plus two spa treatments each.
North Lakes has planned the ultimate spa getaway. Pack a case and head to Penrith for 48 hours of pure rest and relaxation. Check in to one of the hotel's stylish guest rooms, then head to the luxurious spa. Enjoy a 50-minute TEMPLE SPA 'I'll Be Back' treatment which includes an invigorating exfoliation and purifying mud mask application, plus a 25-minute Caudalie facial, with a 10 per cent discount on any pre-booked extras.
In the evening, tuck into some delicious dishes in the award-winning FYR restaurant. There's a light spa lunch included on the second day.
Based on two people sharing a double room, prices start at £295 per room**.

FYR up your dinner plans
AA Rosette awarded restaurant in Penrith, The FYR Grill, showcases the region's finest producers in dishes inspired by the landscape, prepared fresh on the day for you to enjoy. Rest assured if steak and chips is what you're after, they've got that too, on the open fire grill!
Hero dishes include FYR BBQ belly pork, tandoori marinated salmon and monkfish kebab and the FYR grilled lemon and herb marinated spatchcock chicken.
For something a little different, why not try the FYR Bytes? North Lakes' alternative afternoon tea.
The FYR menu is served Monday to Sunday, from 12pm to 9pm.
