Meet the Cast & Characters of 'Freaky Friday' Sequel, 'Freakier Friday'
Freaky Friday is back! The beloved early aughts body swap comedy has gotten a sequel, and the stakes have been raised. In the first movie, Jamie Lee Curtis' character Tess switches bodies with her teenage daughter, Anna, who is played by Lindsay Lohan. Curtis and Lohan are back for the sequel, but Freakier Friday sees four people switching bodies and being forced to live as each other. Now, Anna is grown up and is engaged to be married—just like her mom was in the original. She also has her own teenage daughter, Harper (Julia Butters), and her fiancé, Eric (Manny Jacinto), has a teenager, too, Lily (Sophia Hammons). All of them end up switching, with Anna and Harper trading places while Lily trades bodies with Tess. (That's right. Tess' swaps with her soon-to-be step-granddaughter.) A lot of the original cast returns for Freakier Friday, but clearly, there's some new additions, too. Read on to learn more about everyone involved, from the little brother who is all grown up to the teen idol who's now in his 40s! After some time away from the spotlight, Lindsay Lohan is back on the big screen. In Freakier Friday, she reprises her role as Anna, but this time she's an adult who switches bodies with her own teen daughter. Lohan is, of course, known for movies like The Parent Trap and Mean Girls. After some time away from movies, she made her return with a few Netflix films—including Falling for Christmas—and a small part in the Mean Girls musical movie. Instagram: @lindsaylohan Jamie Lee Curtis again plays Tess. Now, she's a grandmother, who is helping Anna get ready for her wedding. Curtis' lengthy career includes playing the iconic "final girl" Laurie Strode in the Halloween franchise, while recent projects include Everything Everywhere All at Once and The Last Showgirl. Instagram: @jamieleecurtis Julia Butters plays Anna's daughter, Harper. Harper loves surfing and her life in LA. She doesn't want her mom to marry Eric, and days before the wedding, she and Anna end up switching bodies. Butters is known for roles in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and The Fabelmans. Instagram: @julia_butters Eric's daughter, Lily, is played by Sophia Hammons. Lily moved to Los Angeles from London a few months prior to the film and she has some tension with Harper. Just like Harper want her father and Anna to get married, so when she and Harper switch bodies with Tes and Anna, they decide to try to break their parents up. Hammons' past projects include the film The Social Dilemma, the show Up Here, and the Disney Channel Original Movie Under Wraps. Instagram: @thesophiahammons Fiancé to Anna and father to Lily, Eric is played by Manny Jacinto. He is also a famous chef who opens his own restaurant in LA. The actor is best known for starring as Jason on The Good Place, and he's also had roles in Bad Times at the El Royale, I Want You Back, and the Star Wars series The Acolyte. Instagram: @mannyjacinto Mark Harmon returns as Tess' husband, Ryan, who she married at the end of the first movie. Harmon is known for starring in 19 seasons of the TV show NCIS. While he left that series in 2021, he is currently the narrator on the spinoff show NCIS: Origins. Instagram: N/A Chad Michael Murray plays Anna's crush, Jake, in the original movie. In Freakier Friday, Harper and Lily scheme to get Anna to fall for Jake again, so that she doesn't marry Eric. Murray was a teen idol, thanks to roles in One Tree Hill, Gilmore Girls, and Dawson's Creek. More recently, he's appeared in Riverdale, Sullivan's Crossing, and the Netflix movie The Merry Gentlemen. Instagram: @chadmichaelmurray Maitreyi Ramakrishnan plays Ella, another one of the new characters in Freakier Friday. Ella is a pop star that Anna manages who is finally making it big. Ramakrishnan even got to record a song for the soundtrack. Ramakrishnan is best known for starring in the series Never Have I Ever. Instagram: @maitreyiramakrishnan Vanessa Bayer plays a psychic, Madame Jen, who freaks Tess and Anna out by telling them the secret fortune that will help them unlock how to switch back. Bayer starred on Saturday Night Live for seven seasons. Her movies include Trainwreck, Ibiza, and Barb and Star Go to Vista del Mar. Instagram: @vanessabayer Rosalind Chao is back for Freakier Friday in her role as Pei-Pei, the manager of the Chinese restaurant where Tess and Anna's body swap kicks off. Chao is also known for roles in the films The Joy Luck Club and the live-action Mulan, and in shows including AfterMASH, The O.C., Better Things, and Sweet Tooth. Instagram: @chao_time Lucille Soong also returns as Pei-Pei's mother, the woman who gives Tess and Anna the magic fortune cookies that switches them. Soong has had a long career in television and film. You may know her from one of her more recent projects, the TV show Fresh Off the Boat. Instagram: N/A In Freaky Friday, Christina Vidal plays Maddie, one of Anna's friends and bandmates, and she's back for the sequel. Vidal was already known for the Nickelodeon show Taina when Freaky Friday came out. More recently, she's starred in the shows The Terminal List and Primo. Instagram: @christinamvidal Another returning friend and Pink Slip bandmate is Peg, played by Haley Hudson. Hudson is also known for Marley & Me and Weeds. Freakier Friday is her first on-screen role in 11 years. Instagram: @hudsonrubinmusic Stephen Tobolowsky plays Anna's teacher, Mr. Bates, in Freaky Friday. He's the guy who gives her bad grades, because he's holding a grudge against her mother for turning him down when they were in high school. And, yep, he's also back for the sequel. The character actor has a lengthy resume, but you might know him from Glee or his recent work in Nobody Wants This. Instagram: N/A Anna's younger brother, Harry, is played by Ryan Malgarini. Obviously, he got his start as a child actor, but in more recent years he was in episodes of Mom and Teen Wolf. Freakier Friday is his first on-screen role in six years. Instagram: @ryanmagarini Jai is one of Harper's best friends who is kind of like her ride-or-die. Percy Jackson fans would be excited to see him back on the big screen! Jordan E. Cooper joins the cast as a character named Jett who works with Anna at the record company. Cooper is best known for his work in theater. He wrote and starred in the play Ain't No Mo', which was nominated for six Tony Awards. Cooper also acted in the TV series Pose. Instagram: @jordanecooper Chloe Fineman plays a new character named GiGi, who is an Australian dance instructor. Fineman currently stars on Saturday Night Live. She's also been in the movies White Noise, Babylon, and Megalopolis. Instagram: @chloeiscrazy Elaine Hendrix reunites with Lohan in Freakier Friday, but not because she was in the first movie. They worked together when Hendrix played the villain Meredith Blake opposite Lohan in The Parent Trap. So, it seems like the name of her character in this movie is a nod to that connection. Hendrix is also known for Romy and Michele's High School Reunion and the Dynasty reboot. Instagram: @elaine4animals

Lindsay Lohan's net worth: How the ‘Freakier Friday' star rebuilt her fortune
The story of Lindsay Lohan's meteoric rise-and spectacular fall-is about as well-known as the plot of Mean Girls, the smash 2006 film about the pressures of high school written and produced by Tina Fey. Although the film cemented Lohan's status as a leading actress, just one year after its release, she made headlines for her struggles with drug and alcohol addiction, and her resultant arrests for driving under the influence, reckless driving, and shoplifting did irrevocable damage to her Disney image. By her early 20s, Lohan had already made several million dollars from films like Freaky Friday (2003), Mean Girls (2004), and Herbie Fully Loaded (2005), but her legal issues and wild lifestyle, which included living at the Chateau Marmont for two years and racking up a $46,000 bill that she never paid, put the brakes on her promising Hollywood career. Fast-forward to 2025, and the once-troubled actress has gotten her life-and her career-back on track after getting married, having a son, and celebrating several years of sobriety. In 2022, Lohan starred in Netflix's "Falling for Christmas," a romantic comedy about a newly engaged heiress who suffers from amnesia after a skiing accident. The film drew one million viewers in its first two days of release and helped Lohan ink a two-movie deal with the streaming giant. Lohan also made a cameo in the Mean Girls movie musical in 2024 and is set to star in and produce the upcoming Hulu series, Count My Lies, based on the bestselling novel by Sophie Stava. But fans are most eagerly anticipating her return to the big screen with Jamie Lee Curtis in Freakier Friday, a reboot of their 2003 hit, Freaky Friday, which opens in theaters nationwide on August 8, 2025. So, just how much money does Lindsay Lohan have now? Don't miss the move: Subscribe to TheStreet's free daily newsletter According to Forbes, back in 2005, Lohan made the venerable publication's list of Top 100 Celebrities with her $11 million annual salary, which included $7 million for the then-unreleased film Just My Luck and a multi-album record deal with Casablanca Records. (That's right, Lohan can sing, too; her 2004 debut album, "Speak," went platinum.) At the time, Forbes estimated that if Just My Luck was a box office hit, Lohan's take-home pay "could double" in the future. While the film eventually earned modest success, tallying $38.1 million in ticket sales on a $28 million budget, Lohan would go on to mint a total of $28 million in career net worth-the bulk of which she made between 2005 and 2007, a time that was also marred by her arrests and stints in rehab (six in total for each). Lindsay Lohan's salaries In her much-publicized 2013 interview with Oprah Winfrey, Lohan revealed that she was addicted to alcohol, took cocaine to prolong the buzz she got from drinking, and had also done Adderall and ecstasy. In addition, she addressed her wild behavior, including her reckless spending, which had left her on the brink of bankruptcy. Some of her more outrageous expenses included a $40,000 tanning salon bill, a $90,000 charge from a limosine company, the nearly $50K unpaid tab from the Chateau Marmont which led to her being banned from the premises, hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees, and a $40,000 gift to her mother, Dina, to prevent her childhood home in Long Island from being seized in foreclosure (unfortunately, Dina would go on to lose the property in 2018). In 2012, the IRS put a $233,000 tax lien on Lohan for failing to file taxes in 2009 and 2010. Lohan's Scary Movie 5 co-star, Charlie Sheen, even gave her $100,000 to help pay off her debts, but it wouldn't be enough. In 2012, the IRS seized the actress' bank accounts to recover the unpaid sum. Fast forward to the present, however, and it appears that Lohan has risen from the ashes of financial ruin. After completing her sixth stint in rehab in 2013, a 90-day court-ordered program that was part of a plea deal for her reckless driving incident the prior year, Lohan was ordered to attend 16 months of therapy. Her probation ended in May 2015 after finishing 125 hours of community service, and Lohan posted a statement to Instagram, saying, "Hard work pays off." She is believed to have remained sober for the past decade. Today, Celebrity Net Worth reports that, as of August 2025, Lindsay Lohan has an estimated net worth of $2 million. Lohan's finances began to rebound with the $1 million paycheck she earned from appearing on the cover of Playboy in 2012, although it all reportedly went to help pay her IRS bill. Related: Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne's net worth as metal's greatest frontman passes on In the intervening years, Lohan appeared in a few indie films, such as Paul Schrader's The Canyons (2013), although her paltry $6,480 paycheck wouldn't even put a dent in her tanning fee. She also starred on the small screen in the Lifetime Original Movie Liz & Dick (2013), where she made exponentially more-$300,000-for portraying another scandal-prone star: Elizabeth Taylor. In 2018, Lohan headlined the MTV reality series, "Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club," which featured the resort she had opened on the Greek island of Mykonos, although salary details were not publicly disclosed. After the success of Netflix's "Falling for Christmas" in 2022, Lohan signed a two-flick deal with the streamer that reportedly figured in the "multi-millions." Her subsequent movies, "Irish Wish" (2024) and "Our Little Secret" (2024), also enjoyed significant viewership, with "Our Little Secret" generating 32.4 million viewers in its opening weekend, making it the network's #1 film of the week. In 2024, Lohan also made a surprise cameo in the Mean Girls musical movie, playing a moderator at the Mathletes tournament. Lohan was pregnant at the time, and while her brief appearance only required the star to be on set for four hours, she reportedly took home a very nice $500,000 for her efforts. And as for the Oprah interview? After the tell-all appeared, Lohan reportedly pocketed $2 million from the subsequent 2013 docu-series, "Lindsay," which chronicled her journey through recovery as well as her attempts to rebuild her life. Naturally, it aired on Winfrey's OWN network. Lindsay Dee Lohan was born on July 2, 1986 in the Bronx in New York. She grew up in Long Island, in the towns of Merrick and Cold Spring Harbor, but her early years were turbulent: Her stockbroker father, Michael, had several run-ins with the law, and in the 1990s, he spent 2.5 years in prison for insider trading and criminal contempt. Lohan's mother, Dina, was a former dancer who also served as her manager; however, she, too, has had substance abuse issues, pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident in 2020. She spent 18 days in jail as a result. Both Michael and Dina had experience in the entertainment industry and recognized their daughter's budding talent. Lohan was signed to Ford Models at the tender age of three and appeared in more than 60 television commercials for brands like Pizza Hut, Wendy's, and Jell-O. She also modeled for Calvin Klein and Abercrombie clothing lines. Related: Lil Wayne's net worth: The rap icon's wealth at 42 In 1996, when Lohan was 10, she was cast as Alli Fowler in the soap opera "Another World," but her real breakthrough came when she starred in the 1998 Disney comedy The Parent Trap. In the movie, which was a remake of Hayley Mills' 1961 classic, Lohan adeptly played the dual roles of twins who were separated at birth and attempted to reunite their divorced parents. Lohan received praise for her performance, going on to score a three-film contract with the mammoth production studio. The Parent Trap itself was considered a smash hit, as it grossed over $92 million on a budget of $15 million. Between The Parent Trap and her next Disney hit, 2003's Freaky Friday, Lohan starred in several productions on TV, including "Bette" alongside Bette Midler, "Life-Size" with Tyra Banks, and "Get a Clue" with Brenda Song. But it was Lohan's turn as Cady Heron, the homeschooled protagonist of 2004's Mean Girls, who relocates from Africa to Illinois' North Shore High School and joins the popular clique "The Plastics," that cemented her status as one of the most popular actresses of her generation-and popularized Millennial teen life in the cultural zeitgeist. Lohan's stardom came at a very personal cost. She had moved to Los Angeles by herself at age 15, and lacked guidance on how to navigate her personal life and finances. In an interview with CNN's Piers Morgan, Lohan said that when she first arrived in California, she did not go to high school parties. Just a few years later, at age 17, she experienced her first hangover, admitting to Morgan that she "was definitely going out too much" and "was drinking too much." In 2007, Lohan was convicted twice for drunk driving, once for cocaine use, and went to rehab three times. "And from then on, the press were on me all the time," the actress said. Lohan has been arrested a total of six times: May 26, 2007: Driving under the influence and possession of 24, 2007: Suspicion of driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, and possession of cocaine. Lohan pled guilty to cocaine use and driving under the influence for both offenses and was sentenced to one day in jail, 10 days of community service, and three years of probation. She eventually served only 84 minutes due to prison 20, 2010: After Lohan missed a court date to attend the Cannes film festival, her probation was revoked, and a warrant was issued for her arrest. Four days later, Lohan was fitted with an ankle bracelet to monitor her alcohol intake and ordered to undergo weekly drug testing and alcohol education classes as part of the conditions of her bail. Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in prison for failing to show up to these classes; due to overcrowding, she served just two 9, 2011: Lohan was taken back into custody on charges of felony grand theft for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice. She received a 120-day sentence and 480 hours of community service, but she only served 35 days in jail-the rest was under house 19, 2012: Lohan was arrested for allegedly sideswiping a person with her car outside of the Dream Hotel in NYC and then fleeing the scene; however, prosecutors declined to press charges, saying there was "no direct evidence." In addition to her arrests, news outlets reported on Lohan's disorderly conduct: In 2007, the actress chased a woman with her car after an argument; at the Betty Ford clinic in 2010, a staff member accused Lohan of attacking her after a drug test, and in 2012, she allegedly punched a woman in the face outside of a Manhattan nightclub. All charges were later dropped. Lohan had relationships in her 20s with "That 70s Show" star Wilmer Valderrama, Harry Morton, the heir of the Hard Rock Cafe empire, and DJ Samantha Ronson. Lohan identifies as straight, telling Piers Morgan, "I have made out with girls before, and I had a relationship with a girl. But I think I needed to experience that and I think I was looking for something different." From 2015–2016, she dated Russian business mogul Egor Tarabasov, but after a series of public fights she ended their relationship, telling People, "I realize now you can't stay in a relationship just for love. ‘Everyone Does Botox': Lindsay Lohan Gets Honest About Beauty Standards In Hollywood
When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. When Lindsay Lohan made her big return to acting in 2022 with the Netflix holiday rom-com, Falling for Christmas, fans all over the world hoped that she would not only continue to bring us new characters, but step back into some old ones, as well. Now that we are well into the 2025 movie schedule, and getting closer to the release of Freakier Friday (which brings her together with Freaky Friday co-star Jamie Lee Curtis again), she's been talking about coming back to the profession that made her famous while promoting the upcoming film. Now, Lohan's opening up about beauty standards in Hollywood. Even though Lindsay Lohan has already admitted to being a bit 'jealous' of the young stars who are coming up today, the former child star would likely confirm that one thing hasn't changed much, and that's the Hollywood beauty standard. People (and women in particular) in the entertainment industry are pretty much still expected to look as young, thin, and fashionable as possible when not in character, a fact that has led to much negative commentary about how stars like Selena Gomez, Kelly Clarkson, and many others look. In speaking with Saturday Night Live star Chloe Fineman (who has a role in Freakier Friday) for Elle Magazine, the topic turned to beauty standards when the Just My Luck leading lady noted that she's currently working on a line of beauty products (much like the aforementioned Gomez, whose Rare Beauty has made her a billionaire). That admission led to this quick exchange: Lohan: Everyone does Botox. Fineman: Last night at dinner, I was with somebody, and they're like, 'I've never had it.'And I was like, 'What? Are you kidding?' Lohan: Who are you? It's like, 'You lie.' I know a lot of people, even those who don't face near constant public scrutiny about their appearance, have had Botox. Many of us simply do not want to be wrinkled or to appear to have physically aged at all, despite the fact that everyone will do just that at some point. However, it hadn't really occurred to me that it would be so hard to buck the Botox trend in Hollywood that it's seemingly impossible to come upon someone in the industry who hasn't experimented with using the substance to erase as many wrinkles as possible at least once. Stars have begun to speak out about unrealistic beauty standards, and Lohan's co-star, Oscar winner Jamie Lee Curtis has been among them. In 2023, after singer Karol G came out against her heavily retouched GQ cover, Curtis spoke up about how things like that hurt all women and contribute to us feeling ashamed of ourselves. Other stars have done similar things in recent years, like Florence Pugh discussing how harshly women's bodies are judged, Halle Berry talking about 'challenging' stereotypes of older women, and Demi Moore revealing the 'tremendous gift' of aging. Speaking of that beauty line that Lohan is developing, Fineman did ask for more info on how she takes care of her own health and beauty when the Mean Girls star admitted to being 'crazy about my skin and health.' Lohan added: Oh, God, I don't even know how to answer that. I drink this juice every morning. It's like carrot, ginger, lemon, olive oil, apple. I also drink a lot of green tea, a lot of water. I'm a big pickled beets person, so I put them in almost everything. My skin care is very specific. I'm trying out some serums now that I'm doing—I'm testing them. Also, I'm a big believer in ice-cold water on your face when you wake up. I drink lemon juice a lot; I also put tons of chia seeds in my water. Eye patches, I do every morning. I'm into lasers. Honestly, all of that sounds fine to me except the lasers. They've been used to clear up a number of skin concerns, like acne and, yes, even wrinkles, but I'll just have to turn into an old bog witch eventually if that's the best way to stop one from looking old. And, you know what? I'm totally fine with that. It'll probably finally keep the neighborhood kids out of my yard once they get a look at me.

Lindsay Lohan's A Rom-Com Queen, But I Just Realized Her New Series Count My Lies Marks A Wild 'First' For The Actress
When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. When Lindsay Lohan made her comeback as a leading lady in 2022, she reasserted herself as a rom-com queen as well. After taking a break for a few years from on-screen work, she returned with Falling for Christmas, and since then, she has led two more rom-coms for Netflix. Now, her next project will mark a turn for her, as she realized that her new series, Count My Lies, will be one of the 'first' times she doesn't kiss her love interest at the end of the story. Thinking back on all of Lohan's most iconic movies, some of which are the best films of the 2000s, they basically all include idealistic love stories and swoon-worthy love interests. Mean Girls has Aaron Samuels. Freaky Friday has Chad Michael Murray's Jake, and he's returning for Freakier Friday, too. Just My Luck featured Chris Pine in his earlier acting days. And the list goes on. To that point, when Elle asked Lohan why she was excited to take on a dramatic TV series as he next project, she said: It's going to be nice to do something different. I was talking to the writers and showrunners yesterday and told them, 'I don't know if you realize, but this is the first time where I don't have to have a romantic interest, where I don't have to kiss someone at the end of the movie.' Which is so refreshing—to not have to be that girl for once. I totally get where Lohan is coming from. While I am a champion for the best rom-coms and Lohan's place among the stars of this genre, you also don't need romance in every project for it to be good. Not to mention, especially since Lohan's last three movies (all of which you can stream with a Netflix subscription) were rom-coms, I agree that it will be 'refreshing' to see her in something totally different. Count My Lies by Sophie Stava on Amazon for $18.59. Before you watch Lindsay Lohan in the upcoming Hulu adaptation of Count My Lies, you can buy the book on Amazon. View Deal For some context, Count My Lies, the new show Lohan was discussing, is in development at Hulu. It will be a book-to-screen adaptation of Sophie Stava's novel of the same name, and the actress will play Violet Lockhart, a wealthy person who hires a woman named Sloane to be her child's nanny. However, Sloane is a liar; she fibbed her way into this job. But Violet and her husband Jay have their own secrets, too. What follows, as the synopsis says, is a 'breakneck, unputdownable thriller about the secrets we keep, and the terrifying dangers that lurk just under the images we spend so much time trying to maintain.' So, no, I don't think this show is going to end with a sweet kiss and a happily ever after. Overall, this project seems wild, and I can't wait to watch it. The premise alone has me hooked. However, the fact that it will also mark Lohan's first leading role in a TV series, alongside the notion that it won't be a rom-com that ends with a kiss, has me even more sat. Noting that she does 'love the book' and she's looking forward to doing 'something different,' it's clear Lohan is excited about what's to come as well. So, as we learn more about Count My Lies and how it differs from the other films we know and love from the actress, we'll keep you posted. In the meantime, you should go back and watch her old rom-coms, because they're still just as beloved as ever, and don't miss her long-awaited film on the 2025 movie schedule, Freakier Friday, as it hits theaters on August 8.

Lindsay Lohan quits Netflix rom-coms for good after 'manifesting' her next role
Lindsay Lohan has no plans to make anymore rom-coms in the future, after 'manifesting' her partnership with Netflix. The Mean Girls icon is currently preparing to grace the big screen once again in upcoming Freaky Friday sequel, Freakier Friday – which will be released on August 8. Having been in the spotlight since the age of 12, thanks to her dual role in the Parent Trap, she previously took a step back to focus on herself, and started a new life in Dubai with husband Bader Shammas. In recent years, the 38-year-old switched things up and led the way in three films on the streaming platform, 2022's Falling for Christmas, and Irish Wish and Our Little Secret – which both came out last year. When asked about her return to acting, dubbed the Lohanassaince by loyal fans, Lindsay told Elle Magazine: 'It was really Netflix. And I was manifesting it. During Covid, I was like, 'I want to work with Netflix.' I kept writing it in my journal and saying it. And then that's what happened. Wake up to find news on your TV shows in your inbox every morning with Metro's TV Newsletter. Sign up to our newsletter and then select your show in the link we'll send you so we can get TV news tailored to you. 'I was like, 'Oh, it'd be nice to do three films with them, and then see where that goes. And then I definitely want to do my first feature back with Disney.' So I manifested that, and I'm manifesting this movie now.' However, unpacking her comeback, the Just My Luck actress – who welcomed son Luai with the financier in 2023 – confirmed that she is officially stepping out of her Netflix rom-com era and looking ahead to other projects. 'I always want to make movies like that – things that make people happy and bring people together,' she continued. 'I love making movies for that reason – for people to escape and find something that they can take into their own life and realize everything's going to be okay. 'But with Netflix, I was like, 'Okay, now we need to be thinking about other stuff.' I can't do movies like these forever.' Lindsay left us all delighted when she popped up as a spoiled hotel heiress in 2022 flick Falling for Christmas, alongside Chord Overstreet, cementing her return to Hollywood. She worked with the streamer on a further two projects, taking on the role of unlucky in love singleton Maddie in Irish Wish, and starring as businesswoman Avery in Our Little Secret. Next, she will be reuniting with Jamie Lee Curtis and Chad Michael Murray for the eagerly-anticipated Freaky Friday sequel, after manifesting the Disney flick, and then wants to get stuck into some 'meatier' projects. Shedding light on what we could expect next, Lindsay teased: 'I would love to find a dark comedy like Mean Girls. That kind of meaty, good, funny movie – a smart comedy. More Trending 'Not a rom-com, just a straightforward funny movie. I'm excited to be doing this drama. I'd love to work with some dream directors.' She named Quentin Tarantino, Julianne Moore, Robert De Niro and Al Pacino as people she would love to share a set with, suggesting that she could pop up in 'something Sopranos-y, since I am Italian'.
