Post Malone to perform at this year's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
Tickets are now on sale for the Kingdom Arena show. Do the songs Circles, Rockstar and Sunflower get your toes tapping? Well, you'll be thrilled to hear that Post Malone, the man behind the hits, is coming to Abu Dhabi. The American rapper has announced that he is performing at the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025 on Friday, 5 December, and here's what we can expect from the show. Post Malone, real name Austin Post (aka that guy with tattoos on his face), hails from Syracuse, New York. The rapper has gained critical and commercial success for his blend of hip-hop, rock and trap. Over his career, he has won multiple awards including three American Music Awards and ten Billboard Music. Plus, he has been nominated for ten Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year. In 2024, he released his sixth studio album, F-1 Trillion. The release saw the singer move into the country music genre while topping the album charts in the United States and the United Kingdom. He teamed up with the country stars Blake Shelton, Luke Combs and Morgan Wallen. He featured on Taylor Swift's album The Tortured Poets Department on the track Fortnight, and on Beyoncé's most recent release, Cowboy Carter on the track Levii's Jeans. Plus, he performed with Beyoncé at her 2024 NFL Halftime Show. The world-renowned rapper, who has sold 95 million singles and 13 million albums in the US alone, promises to captivate the Riyadh Season audience with an electrifying performance. The rapper last performed in Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia in December 2022. Post Malone will perform in Abu Dhabi on 5 December, joining the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025 line-up alongside Benson Boone on 4 December, Metallica on 6 December and Katy Perry on Sunday, 7 December. Access to the Yasalam After-Race Concerts is exclusively for Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2024 ticket holders. General admission tickets start from AED 1,025, grandstand tickets start from AED 1,695, and hospitality tickets start from AED 5,605. The Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025 is turning up the volume, and we are buzzing with excitement because the Yasalam After-Race Concert Series has announced another international artist for this year's race weekend. Metalheads in the UAE, prepare to unleash your inner rock star because the kings of metal, Metallica are set to blow the roof off the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025 concerts on 6 December. Formed in 1981, Metallica has been the driving force behind heavy metal's global domination. With James Hetfield's unmistakable vocals, Lars Ulrich's thunderous drumming, Kirk Hammett's electrifying guitar solos, and Robert Trujillo's bass mastery, this rock band is a powerhouse of musical talent. Rock legends Metallica will take the stage at the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, performing at Etihad Park on Saturday, December 6, 2025, organisers Ethara announced today. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees will perform as part of the Yasalam entertainment programme presented by e&, which spans four days and is available exclusively to Grand Prix ticket holders.
