She explained that her top priority is using sunscreen - and 'tons' of it. She said: 'I wish somebody would have told me when I was young, like how good it is for you to sleep on your back. 'The last four years, I taught myself to sleep on my back and it has worked miracles.' She explained that if you are a side sleeper, you may notice waking up with lines on your face, adding: 'It's from sleeping with your face on the pillow.'
