Fumi Joe brings a new culinary concept to the 23rd floor of LKF's California Tower, merging Fumi's Japanese seafood with Kyoto Joe's casual izakaya atmosphere. Expect neon lights, graphic murals and a robatayaki grill counter.
The new restaurant serves cooked-to-order robatayaki, sushi made with fresh seafood flown in daily from Japan, tempura, sukiyaki and more. Like a true Japanese izakaya, the bar also offers a wide selection of fine and rare sakes, available by glass or carafe, as well as highballs, cocktails and an extensive whiskey collection.
To make weeknight dinners easy, a daily set dinner menu is available between 6-8pm at HK$298, featuring salad, miso soup, a choice of sushi, sashimi or tempura and a main course, with options like Miyazaki shabu-shabu pork and grilled silver cod with saikyo miso, all served with steamed Japanese rice or Inaniwa udon.
It's newly opened, so we expect a buzzing crowd on Friday night.
