Singer Ed Sheeran's love affair with India seems to be a never-ending story, as the 'Shape of You' singer posted some memorable moments from his time in the country. He posted several pictures, including one with Arijit Singh and a video with Shah Rukh Khan. A post shared by Ed Sheeran (@teddysphotos) Ed Sheeran talked about recording and jamming with several Indian artistes and wrote a separate caption for each photo. The post starts with a video of Sheeran playing the Ghatam, an Indian percussion instrument, with some other local artistes and singing his song 'Sapphire', which is a blend of Western and Punjabi music. Arijit Singh helped him write the Punjabi lines in the song. The photo is captioned, 'These guys were some of the best musicians I've ever had the pleasure of recording with.' The next picture is of Sheeran and Singh enjoying a cup of coffee standing on the barge (presumably in Kolkata). ALSO READ: Ed Sheeran bonds with John Abraham over football, see photos from singer's 'third India dump' Sheeran even posted video with Shah Rukh Khan, which had both stars head-bopping and singing along to his new track 'Sapphire', and the caption of the picture read, 'Shah Rukh Khan, love that guy so much.' He also showed off a new tattoo written in the Gurmukhi script, which translates to sapphire. The artiste was seen recording a flash mob in a cafe, playing more instruments and even visiting the sets of Bahubali. He wrote, ' I watched Baahubali in the cinema and was so flipped out seeing the set.' He ended the carousel with a picture of him sitting around different musicians with the caption, 'I love making music in India.' Ed Sheeran's next album, Play, will be his 8th studio album, and according to the artiste and the theme of the songs released so far, the album is inspired by a variety of cultures across the world. One of the other singles from the album, 'Azizam', was making the rounds of the internet as Sheeran posted several different videos about the making of the song. He even dropped a looper version of the song, which he recorded on the rooftops of Old Delhi.
