Since Concept Store An independent organisation called Not a Gallery has, for the past four years, been running the Since Concept Store space in Wan Chai where it provides mental health support for those who need it. Sadly, it is closing its doors permanently on August 10. In the past two years alone, Since Concept Store – founded by art psychotherapist Gigi Leung Ching-wan and documentary director Wong Siu-pong – has hosted interactive workshops, organised exhibitions and led art psychotherapy workshops. It has raised awareness and provided support and resources to those coping with stress in Hong Kong. The team has vowed to continue their work in a different format. Visit this special space one last time this weekend, and check out the products and publications offered at discounted prices.

With Singapore being pop star and icon Lady Gaga's only Asia stop in her Mayhem world tour, regional celebrities are flying in to attend her concerts. Here are the ones who have been spotted at the National Stadium on the first two nights (May 18 and 19). Babymonster K-pop girl group Babymonster were spotted having fun at Lady Gaga's concert on May 18. The group had just performed their first world tour, Hello Monsters, the previous day in Singapore at the Indoor Stadium. Elva Hsiao Taiwanese singer Elva Hsiao was seen at the concert yesterday (May 19) and at one point prior to the concert, the 45-year-old was also spotted with Taiwanese actress Joe Chen. A concert-goer snapped a picture with Elva, which was uploaded to Xiaohongshu. Joe Chen Joe also took to her Instagram Stories to share her excitement in attending Lady Gaga's concert yesterday. The 46-year-old posted videos of her posing with an advertisement board of the singer's cosmetics brand Haus Labs, her premium concert tickets, as well as herself in the stadium. Simon Yam Veteran Hong Kong actor Simon Yam also came for the concert yesterday and was seen waving to some fans who managed to snap a little video of him. A young fan also took some pictures with the 70-year-old near Funan Mall before the concert began. Lady Gaga will perform here for two more nights, on May 21 and 24. [[nid:718178]]

How Hong Kong star Gigi Leung went from innocent girl next door to all-round entertainer
This is the 49th instalment in a biweekly series profiling major Hong Kong pop culture figures of recent decades. Advertisement Hong Kong singer and actress Gigi Leung Wing-kei, who is best known as a 1990s Cantopop sweetheart, has led a dynamic career over the past three decades. Initially viewed as an innocent 'girl next door' following her appearance in Derek Yee Tung-sing's action drama Full Throttle (1995) and the release of her first two music albums, she has since established herself as a well-rounded performer on the silver screen and stage. Born in 1976, Leung grew up in Hong Kong, where she attended the Maryknoll Convent School.
