'The photo on the left is my first time getting lymphatic massage from Flavia [of Flavia Lanini Beauty Institute] and the right is the most recent!' the Good as Hell singer captioned the underwear-clad side-by-side mirror selfies on Thursday, reports Page Six. 'In light of all these magazines and blogs wanting me to be on ozempic soooo bad — here's the truth! I work my a** off, training 3x a week, daily sauna & cardio, adding animal protein back into my diet, hiring a chef who helps me meal prep and keeps track of what I put into my body in a calorie deficit, cutting out sugary Starbucks & full fat sodas & potato chips … I quit drinking for the longest … (but I'm drinking again cus I earned it!).' Lizzo shared a lengthy post about her recent body transformation. Picture: Instagram The Grammy winner added, 'I play pickleball and hike and walk on the beach and move my body and dance and drink water. I detox! Once a month!' Lizzo divulged that she also receives 'holistic body work' along with wood therapy and lymphatic massages to keep in shape. 'I'm so happy and proud of what I've done and no one can take that away from me, ' she concluded the triumphant post. She has been open about her body image. Picture: Instagram Fans flooded the comments thread with support. 'Love love love! Keep honouring yourself! Looking awesome lady, ️' wrote a fan, while another remarked, 'We loved you THEN and we love you NOW.' Lizzo's detailed health and fitness routine comes just weeks after she addressed the topic of her weight loss on Trisha Paytas' Just Trish podcast in June. 'I've tried everything,' the singer, 37 said. 'Ozempic works because you eat less food, yeah? So if you eat right, it makes you feel full,' she said. 'But if you can just do that on your own and get mind over matter, it's the same thing.' Lizzo at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney in 2023. Picture:She also defended people who use the weight loss drug. 'It's not easy,' she said. 'It's a drug to help somebody with something they're struggling with.' The singer insisted that 'telling someone they're cheating' by using it is a form of fatphobia. The singer previously clapped back at speculation after a fan questioned if she used 'ozempic or did she snort coke' via a September 2024 Instagram post. 'whyyyy do u follow me?' she replied, along with a row of crying emojis. She put the social media user on blast in a subsequent post, sharing his profile with her fans. In a clip, she donned a red silk robe and stared at the camera with text reading, 'When you finally get Ozempic allegations after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit,' as she lip synched a voiceover saying the accusation was 'like a reward.' In a 2024 interview, the singer — who has been sharing her weight loss progress with fans since 2023 — confessed that she sometimes has mixed feelings amid her journey. 'I'm not going to lie and say I love my body every day,' the About Damn Time singer told the New York Times. 'The bottom line is, the way you feel about your body changes every single day,' she continued. 'There are some days I adore my body, and others when I don't feel completely positive.' Lizzo reveals dramatic weight loss after revealing she cut out three things

Lizzo has showcased her impressive weight loss transformation after the singer revealed she had lost around 16 percent of her body fat from dieting and intense workouts Lizzo has been praised following a string of new snaps which have showcased her impressive weight loss journey. The singer recently opened up about her transformation and admits that she now keeps a close eye on what she eats. Previously, she had hit out at claims that she had used medication for her journey. Now, the 37-year-old has stunned fans in new pictures as she posed alongside Paris Hilton, who she was joined on stage by at an A-list party. Posing alongside the businesswoman and socialite, the Good as Hell hitmaker looked sensational as she wore a tiny pink dress which featured a plunging neckline. ‌ The singer showcased her slimmed-down frame in her outfit, which left very little to the imagination, as the pair posed for a series of pictures throughout the night. Lizzo, who has been very open with fans about her journey, oozed natural beauty as she proudly showcased the results of her transformation. ‌ "The prettiest too," said one fan. A second gushed: "My gwurl @lizzobeeating!! She looks gorg!!" Her outing with Paris comes just days after she surprised fans by joining Paris on stage at Stagecoach country music festival last week. The 44-year-old brought Lizzo out during her DJ set at Diplo's Honky Tonk and the singer again displayed the results of her journey as she slipped into a very revealing sheer bodysuit which she completed with a netted maxi skirt. Although Lizzie has been hit with claims she used the diabetes drug Ozempic, she has always denied this and last week revealed to fans how she managed to lose 60lbs. Now, she keeps a constant eye on what she eats but urged fans to "find out what works" for them. During a TikTok live, she explained she now avoids any "sugary stuff" and, instead, prefers "super savoury." But that's not all – she's even cut down on the number of Starbucks she has every day. Previously, she had "two to three" large drinks from the global coffee chain on a daily basis. ‌ Speaking to fans on the video-sharing platform, she said: "I do something sweet. It's gotta be with some sort of like carb. I'll have like almond butter and toast. So, everybody's body is different. Find out what works for you," before explaining that the only thing that works for everybody is calories in versus calories out. "That's just how the human body works," she explained. After discovering how many calories she was drinking with her Starbucks coffees – estimated to be around 1,200 – she completely stopped and this also played a part in helping to "regulate" her nervous system. The singer explained she found herself applying a calorie deficit, explaining: "I was prone to binging." Lizzo's anxiety had also played a part in her decision to transform her life. "I'm ready to stop waiting to be myself like fully and be happy," she said. ‌ She added: "And I meditated. I calmed myself down. And I isolated a little bit, but not like made myself lonely, not the way I used to when I was depressed. I isolated myself in a mindful way where I had no distractions. "I loved to distract myself with people. I loved to distract myself with food. I loved to distract myself with drinking. I loved to distract myself with problems that I would create. I would love to do that. And I stopped doing that," before adding that she now focuses on herself. Earlier this year, she revealed that she had reduced her body mass by 10.5 and had lost a staggering 16 per cent of her body fat. "Today when I stepped on my scale, I reached my weight release goal," she told fans in January. The proud star commented: "I haven't seen this number since 2014! Let this be a reminder you can do anything you put your mind to. Time for new goals!"
