Lizzo reveals dramatic weight loss after revealing she cut out three things

Lizzo has showcased her impressive weight loss transformation after the singer revealed she had lost around 16 percent of her body fat from dieting and intense workouts
Lizzo has been praised following a string of new snaps which have showcased her impressive weight loss journey. The singer recently opened up about her transformation and admits that she now keeps a close eye on what she eats. Previously, she had hit out at claims that she had used medication for her journey.
Now, the 37-year-old has stunned fans in new pictures as she posed alongside Paris Hilton, who she was joined on stage by at an A-list party. Posing alongside the businesswoman and socialite, the Good as Hell hitmaker looked sensational as she wore a tiny pink dress which featured a plunging neckline.

The singer showcased her slimmed-down frame in her outfit, which left very little to the imagination, as the pair posed for a series of pictures throughout the night. Lizzo, who has been very open with fans about her journey, oozed natural beauty as she proudly showcased the results of her transformation.

"The prettiest too," said one fan. A second gushed: "My gwurl @lizzobeeating!! She looks gorg!!" Her outing with Paris comes just days after she surprised fans by joining Paris on stage at Stagecoach country music festival last week.
The 44-year-old brought Lizzo out during her DJ set at Diplo's Honky Tonk and the singer again displayed the results of her journey as she slipped into a very revealing sheer bodysuit which she completed with a netted maxi skirt.
Although Lizzie has been hit with claims she used the diabetes drug Ozempic, she has always denied this and last week revealed to fans how she managed to lose 60lbs. Now, she keeps a constant eye on what she eats but urged fans to "find out what works" for them.
During a TikTok live, she explained she now avoids any "sugary stuff" and, instead, prefers "super savoury." But that's not all – she's even cut down on the number of Starbucks she has every day. Previously, she had "two to three" large drinks from the global coffee chain on a daily basis.

Speaking to fans on the video-sharing platform, she said: "I do something sweet. It's gotta be with some sort of like carb. I'll have like almond butter and toast. So, everybody's body is different. Find out what works for you," before explaining that the only thing that works for everybody is calories in versus calories out.
"That's just how the human body works," she explained. After discovering how many calories she was drinking with her Starbucks coffees – estimated to be around 1,200 – she completely stopped and this also played a part in helping to "regulate" her nervous system.
The singer explained she found herself applying a calorie deficit, explaining: "I was prone to binging." Lizzo's anxiety had also played a part in her decision to transform her life. "I'm ready to stop waiting to be myself like fully and be happy," she said.

She added: "And I meditated. I calmed myself down. And I isolated a little bit, but not like made myself lonely, not the way I used to when I was depressed. I isolated myself in a mindful way where I had no distractions.
"I loved to distract myself with people. I loved to distract myself with food. I loved to distract myself with drinking. I loved to distract myself with problems that I would create. I would love to do that. And I stopped doing that," before adding that she now focuses on herself.
Earlier this year, she revealed that she had reduced her body mass by 10.5 and had lost a staggering 16 per cent of her body fat. "Today when I stepped on my scale, I reached my weight release goal," she told fans in January. The proud star commented: "I haven't seen this number since 2014! Let this be a reminder you can do anything you put your mind to. Time for new goals!"

Fact check: Social media channel of migrant's journey posts AI-generated videos

The videos on the channel appear to be AI-generated. On four days between June 9 and June 13, the channel 'migrantvlog' uploaded 22 videos to the social media platform. At the time of writing, the most-watched video had around 374,000 views on the platform. In total, five of the videos had more than 100,000 views. The channel had 1,647 followers and more than 11,000 likes. Comments on the videos show some viewers realised that the videos are AI-generated. However, others seemed to be reacting as if they are real. What evidence is there that the videos are AI? There is clear evidence of AI generation in many of the videos. Most tellingly, several of the videos have watermarks for Veo – an AI video generation tool. One video posted with the caption '5 star meorot we going' includes a section at around seven seconds where a man on the right of the frame seems to momentarily lose his arm. This video is one of several with a Veo watermark. The watermark appears in the bottom-right corner, where it might be obscured from some viewers by TikTok's display icons. Between that video and another posted later the same day, the main protagonist's voice seems to change. The second video includes scrambled text on the front of a building, a hallmark sign of AI. At around five seconds, a man appears to pull a large camera out of his crotch, while at seven seconds a person sat in a chair appears to become translucent. Another video shows a protest with men waving flags. The man behind the right shoulder of the person filming moves his arm in an unnatural way and the flag in his hand seems to appear and disappear. A video shows a man running with a group while holding a burning Union flag. The flag is on fire, however the material does not appear to be blackening, and the way the men behind the protagonist interact seems almost ghost-like as they move through each other in unnatural ways. In a video in which the man says 'thank you British taxpayers for feeding us this good food', a fork can be seen appearing seemingly out of thin air in the background while a man appears to pass a plate through his own hand. 'I paid £360 for world's poshest chocolate bar and can't believe taste'

We all love a sweet treat, but would you pay a fortune for a sugary snack? One man has shared his review of the 'world's most expensive' chocolate bar and shared his verdict There's nothing quite like a chocolate treat – whether you're peckish, in need of an energy lift, or seeking comfort after a long day. While classic bars from Cadbury's, Galaxy, Mars and Milky Way always hit the spot, sometimes a more luxurious option is called for. But would you go as far as splashing out on the world's priciest chocolate bar, even on World Chocolate Day? One chocoholic took the plunge, shelling out a staggering $490 [£360] to sample the To'ak Master Series chocolate and determine if it truly lives up to its hefty price tag. Food reviewer Kyle Krueger showcased the extravagant treat on his TikTok page, sparking a series of reactions. ‌ Krueger, who commands an impressive five million followers on the social media platform, showcased the extravagant treat on his page. ‌ This premium chocolate is crafted from single-origin Ecuadorian dark chocolate and is renowned for its cask-aged editions, focus on specific harvest seasons, and exquisite packaging. "We also pay farmers the highest cacao prices in the continent and are leading the movement in nursing an ancient cacao variety back from the brink of extinction," stated To'ak. The creators liken its production process to that of a vintage wine. Unboxing the chocolate, Kyle noted that his bar was harvested back in 2015. He discovered a small tab inside the box labelled 'pull here', which revealed limited edition artwork when tugged. ‌ The chocolate arrives in a beautifully carved wooden box complete with branding and product information. It also includes a bronze and wooden plate, along with utensils specifically designed for savouring the chocolate. Much like in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the chocolate bar has its very own shiny golden wrapper. Kyle couldn't wait to peel back the layers as he carefully unfolded the gold paper to reveal another delicate sheet, finally presenting the treat on a wooden platter. ‌ Kyle exclaimed: "I have to say the scent of wood and dark chocolate has completely filled this room." He remarked how effortlessly a chunk of the chocolate snapped off. On tasting the luxurious confection, he confessed: "I don't think I've ever tasted anything like that before." Reacting to his post, one follower enthused: "I must try that." Another eager fan commented: "I want a piece." Someone else shared their yearning: "I so wish I could try this chocolate," But some were sceptical about the lavish presentation. One critic pointed out: "It's like 60% packaging and 40% chocolate." An unimpressed observer quipped: "It probably tastes the same as a $2 [£1.47] chocolate."
