HIT The Third Case OTT release date OUT: Actor Nani's latest release, HIT The Third Case will be soon available on OTT. The film got an OTT release date on Saturday. It will be available for viewers online on Netflix in five languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. Earlier in the day, Netflix India confirmed HIT The Third Case's OTT release. The official Instagram handle of the OTT giant shared that HIT 3 will stream online from 29 May. Along with a poster of Nani's film on the photo-sharing app, their post read: "He's Arjun for the loved ones and Sarkaar for the criminals. Watch HIT: The Third Case, out 29 May, on Netflix in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada." Reacting to the OTT release of the film, fans have shared their excitement in the comment section. A user reacted to the news and wrote, 'Finallyyyy the wait is over.' 'Nani on Netflix! Such an awesome film,' added another fan. 'The wait is over,' also said someone else. HIT: The Third Case is the third instalment of the HIT franchise. It is the follow-up to Sailesh's HIT: The First Case (2020) featuring Vishwak Sen and HIT: The Second Case (2022) featuring Adivi Sesh. The third film follows the story of SP Arjun Sarkar (played by Nani), a cop who solves a murder mystery. The film also stars Srinidhi Shetty who plays his lover, Mrudula. Actors Surya Srinivas and Adil Pala are also a part of the film. Prateik Smita Patil is the prime antagonist in the film, Alpha. Actor Karthi also made a cameo appearance in the film. He is going to lead the next chapter in the HIT franchise, HIT 4 as ACP Veerappan. HIT 3 was originally released in cinema on May 1. The film saw a decent start at the box office as it clashed majorly with Suriya-starrer Retro. Both the films were released on the same day, on the occasion of labour day. However, it went on to outperform Retro, especially in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh circuits. HIT 3 made a business of more than ₹ 100 crore worldwide, making it the first film in the franchise to achieve this milestone. HIT 3 is produced by Nani's sister Prashanti Tipirneni under Wall Poster Cinema and his Unanimous Productions.

Sailesh Kolanu scared Nani, Prateik Smita Patil, his wife with all the violence in HIT 3: ‘What's wrong with you?'
Director Sailesh Kolanu's recently released HIT: The Third Case, starring Nani, Srinidhi Shetty and Prateik Smita Patil, was rated A by the CBFC due to the violence. In an interview with Galatta Plus, the director admitted that the 'dark' space the film went into even left his wife, Swati, Nani and Prateik scared. (Also Read: HIT The Third Case movie review: Blood-soaked Nani steals the show in this gory fest that could've been better) Sailesh was asked how the film's team reacted when he narrated the script of HIT 3, and he replied, 'More than HIT 1 and HIT 2, HIT 3 goes into a little darker space. One question I was constantly asked was, what's wrong with you? In real life, I'm not a very serious guy; I'm a goofy person. It's definitely a question that Nani had asked me, and also the guy who played the antagonist (Prateik) also asked me.' More than anything, Sailesh said that the climax involving a baby was the part that left them jarred, 'Especially because it all goes to one extent, but once the nine-month-old baby comes in, it becomes very twisted. I'm a father of a four-year-old boy. So, imagine me writing that. It was very difficult for me, to be very honest. Then, justice to the script has to be done, so I had to delve into that. I still remember isolating myself for a few months when I was writing HIT 3. My wife is a little scared now after seeing the film.' HIT: The Third Case is the third part in the HIT franchise, which has been led by HIT: The First Case (2020) and HIT: The Second Case (2022). It tells the story of SP Arjun Sarkaar (Nani), who stumbles upon the dark web while solving a series of murders taking place across the country with the same modus operandi. Prateik plays Alpha, the leader of a cult of psychopaths who crave freedom.

HIT The Third Case worldwide box office collection day 4: Director Sailesh Kolanu has delivered the first ₹100 crore film in his career. Nani posted a picture, thanking fans for the ₹101 crore, writing, 'Thank you. This weekend. You gave us and cinema 101 reasons to celebrate. #HIT3.' His previous film, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, had collected over ₹100 crore in its lifetime, according to the filmmakers, while Hi Nanna had made ₹76.35 crore. His 2023 film Dasara, with its ₹118.5 crore collection, is the film for Nani to beat with HIT 3. HIT: The Third Case Box Office Collection Day 4: Nani's Film Crosses Rs 50 Crore Mark
New Delhi: Nani's HIT The Third Case is currently enjoying a successful run at the box office. The Telugu action thriller earned Rs 9.5 crore on its first Sunday, reported Sacnilk. With this, the film's total collection stands at Rs 51.4 crore. HIT: The Third Case recorded a 49.96% Telugu occupancy on May 4, the report added. Breaking it down — morning shows saw 32%, afternoon shows witnessed 57.49%, evening shows peaked at 61.19%, and night shows registered 49.14% occupancy. HIT: The Third Case features Nani as SP Arjun Sarkaar. Srinidhi Shetty plays ASP Mridula, who is also Nani's love interest. Surya Srinivas, Adil Pala, Rao Ramesh, Samuthirakani, Komalee Prasad, Nepoleon, and Ravindra Vijay are also part of the film. HIT: The Third Case is garnering praise for its gripping storyline.
