Amy Childs steps out in plunging yellow dress during TOWIE filming in Portugal after she spoke out about her extreme weight loss
Amy Childs stepped out in a stylish yellow summer dress as she began filming for the new series of TOWIE this week. After flying to Portugal to film the upcoming series, which marks the 15 anniversary of the show, the reality star, 34, soaked up the sun as she posed in the very plunging dress. Completing the look with a pair of dark shades and nude strappy sandals, Amy appeared in good spirits as she posed with her TOWIE pals Harry Derbidge and Lauren Goodger. Amy later slipped into a racy brown cut out swimsuit and mesh green cover up as she prepared to enjoy some sunbathing by the pool. The star has sparked concern in recent months with her new slimmed-down appearance after dropping an incredible two stone. Addressing the weight loss and cruel trolling she's received as a result of the weight loss in an emotional interview with OK! Magazine she said: 'I'm going through so much at the minute that the weight has fallen off me. 'I worry about my mum constantly. She's very emotional – she thinks she's going to have another heart attack.' 'People think I'm not eating, but I do eat. To be honest, I do feel better when I'm a bit heavier than I am at the moment. There's so much going on at the minute – it's the result of pure stress. We're also having renovations done in the midst of parenting four kids.' Amy added: 'But I'm strong, I've been in this industry for 15 years. I've had lots of people concerned about me, which I completely understand, but yes, people can be so quick to judge.' Amy also explained how she once tried using weight-loss injections 18 months ago, but it made her 'so ill she threw up three or four times'. However the star appeared in good spirits as she commenced filming and enjoyed lunch with the cast and her daughter Milly. TOWIE - which is one of ITVX's most streamed titles with 66million streams in the last 12 months - is back with the brand new series airing on ITV2 and ITVX later this year. The reality star, who is said to be 'gutted' over the decision, has reportedly decided to cancel their impending nuptials to focus on her personal life. According to the publication, the plans have been pushed back due to 'last minute changes', after she first delayed the wedding in 2023. An insider said: 'Amy has had to cancel her wedding and she's absolutely gutted. There was going to be a show around it, following the run-up to their big day.. 'But they've had to make some last-minute changes based on what's going on in their lives.'

Amy Childs continued to show off her slim physique as she headed to the supermarket on Tuesday. The TOWIE star, 34, was spotted picking up her groceries at Tesco as she kept it casual in a pair of comfy off-white shorts and white quarter zip hoody. The mother-of-four put on a very leggy display in the shorts after sparking concern amongst fans on Instagram after showing off her recent two stone weight loss over the weekend. Completing the look with some white New Balance trainers and black sunglasses, Amy was seen packing her shopping into her Land Rover Defender after visiting the supermarket. Heading home she later took to Instagram as she continued to show off her physique while applying her fake tan. Beaming in the clip alongside fellow TOWIE star Harry Derbidge, the pair applied the product from Golden Tan creams while Amy wowed in a taupe body suit. Amy has addressed fan concerns over her slimmed-down appearance, emphasising that her transformation was accomplished without weight-loss injections, instead crediting her fitness coach for her progress. Sharing snaps in a pink minidress on Sunday she flaunted her physique in the strapless baby pink number before heading out with the 'school mums'. Amy said she 'felt like a princess' as she styled her long tresses in a neat up do and wore a stunning palette of makeup. However, fans were more concerned about her dramatic weight loss with many begging her to 'look after herself' and 'stop losing weight', telling the reality that that she looks 'completely different'. 'I really struggled with losing weight after the babies, I was in a complete baby bubble, no energy, and the last thing I wanted to do was 'diet' '10 months ago I decided to follow a meal plan @ and train up to 3 times a week with MY PT! as well as taking up reformer Pilates (which I absolutely love) great for toning. 'I still very much enjoy weekends with a few glasses of Prosecco or a bottle BUT this is basically a post to say if you was in the same boat as me 9months ago struggling to lose your weight! 'Then if I can do it you 1000 percent can do it too! It's not a quick fix and it's taken me months but I'm starting to feel good in my self again!
