Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff's Toxicology Report Revealed After Death

Originally appeared on E! Online Content warning: This story discusses suicide. More details are surfacing on Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff's final moments. When David Hasselhoff's ex-wife died by suicide in March, she had multiple medications in her system at the time, according to toxicology documents obtained by Us Weekly. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner determined she had taken Benzodiazepines, which decrease nervous system activity and are often used to treat anxiety. She also had Clonazepam (known by the brand name Klonopin) in her system, which is used to treat seizures and panic disorder, as well as 7-Aminoclonazepam, a metabolite of Klonopin, per the Cleveland Clinic. Bach-Hasselhoff's cause of death was not drug-related, per medical examiner records viewed by E! News. But her medical history wasn't the only detail shared in the report; it also shed more light on her state of mind before her passing. Bach-Hasselhoff, who was married to the Baywatch star from 1989 to 2006, had 'mentioned suicide last year, but there were never any attempts,' per the report. More from E! Remembering classic games: RoadBlasters (1987)

Remembering classic games: RoadBlasters (1987) Inaccurate title aside, there was very little wrong with this Eighties classic Skip 1 photos in the image carousel and continue reading Turn on Javascript to see all the available pictures. Released by Atari in 1987, RoadBlasters was a sci-fi racer that recognised the arcade video game staple of shooting absolutely everything in sight could be handily applied to driving games as well. In addition to the traditional driving controls, you had a pair of triggers to fire lasers and thumb buttons to launch your special weapons. Rather than a steering wheel, the arcade cabinet, both in its upright and sleek sit-down incarnations, featured a yoke that was instantly evocative of Knight Rider's KITT. And if you played it at the time it was released you probably had the bouffant 1980s Hasselhoff haircut to match. Advertisement - Page continues below The most immediately striking thing about RoadBlasters was the impressive animation of the cherry red player car that sat front and centre in the screen. The sprite had a slightly exaggerated perspective, but the rotation as you turned the vehicle was buttery smooth and totally convincing. You needed that responsiveness as well, because you had to accurately point the nose of the vehicle directly at the tangerine coloured enemy cars and roadside turrets in order to score a successful hit. Miscalculate even slightly and the car would detonate in a lavish explosion. The sci-fi theming lent the game a unique atmosphere, with futuristic bubble cities visible on the horizon and a dropship that swooped down to deposit special weapons onto the roof of your car, even at speeds in excess of 200mph. If that sort of delivery is the next evolution of the fast food drive through, we're here for it. There's little to criticise about RoadBlasters, but we do feel duty bound to point out the fundamental inaccuracy of the title: you're not blasting the road itself, you're blasting things on the road. Still, we'll forgive it, you didn't fight any streets in Street Fighter 2 either. Advertisement - Page continues below Top Gear Newsletter Thank you for subscribing to our newsletter. David Hasselhoff set to undergo knee replacement surgery

David Hasselhoff is set to undergo knee surgery next week. The 'Baywatch' legend, 72, was snapped in photos obtained by the Daily Mail being pushed through the airports in Cancun and Los Angeles in a wheelchair on Monday (05.05.25). And now a representative for the star has confirmed The Hoff required assistance as he's set to undergo knee replacement surgery. They told Us Weekly: 'He was seen in a wheelchair because he's having a knee replacement surgery next week." The actor was previously fitted with a defibrillator implant to prevent heart issues. Hasselhoff being pictured in a wheelchair comes two months after his ex-wife Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff tragically passed away by suicide. The actress - who had Taylor, 34, and Hayley, 32, with Hasselhoff - was found dead at her Los Angeles home on March 5. Hasselhoff requested privacy for their family at the time. He said: "Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff. "We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time but we kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time." Pamela was found dead at her $2 million Hollywood Hills home from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Authorities were alerted after family members grew concerned when they had not heard from her for several days. Paramedics responded to a call reporting an unconscious woman shortly after 10pm Wednesday night. No suicide note was found at the scene. Pamela's career included roles in 'The Young and the Restless', 'The Fall Guy' and 'Sirens', but she had stepped away from acting in recent years. She was laid to rest in Los Angeles on March 29, however, it's reported that Hasselhoff did not attend the funeral at Bel Air Presbyterian Church.
