Hatsun Agro jumps after Q1 PAT climbs 4% YoY to Rs 135 cr
Hatsun Agro Product rallied 5.36% to Rs 1,003 after the company's consolidated net profit jumped 3.6% to Rs 135.19 crore on 9.1% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 2,590.28 crore in Q1 FY26 over Q1 FY25. Profit before tax (PBT) increased 4.9% to Rs 184.24 crore in Q1 FY26 compared with Rs 175.58 crore in Q1 FY25. Total expenses rose 9.46% to Rs 2,409.96 crore in Q1 June 2025 compared with Rs 2,201.65 crore in Q1 June 2024. Cost of material consumed stood at Rs 1,569.87 crore (up 2.19% YoY), employee benefit expenses was at Rs 68.86 crore (up 16.63% YoY), while finance cost stood at Rs 43.38 crore (down 5.41% YoY) during the period under review. Meanwhile, the companys board declared the interim dividend of Rs 6 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10 each. The record date for the dividend has been fixed as 24, July 2025. The dividend will be paid on or before 16 August 2025. Hatsun Agro Product manufactures and markets dairy products like milk, curd, ice creams, dairy whitener, skimmed milk powder, ghee, paneer, etc.

Hatsun Agro shares rally 8% as Q1 revenue jumps 9% YoY to Rs 2,590.28 crore, met profit up 4%

As of 9:41 AM, the shares were trading 8.26% higher at Rs 1,027.30. The company's consolidated revenue rose 9% year-on-year to ₹2,590.28 crore, compared to ₹2,375.06 crore in the same period last year. Net profit also edged up 4% to ₹135.19 crore, while EBITDA grew 9% to ₹360.83 crore. Operating margin stayed steady at 13.9%. Alongside the results, Hatsun also announced a dividend of ₹6 per share, adding to the positive sentiment around the stock. Hatsun Agro Product shares opened at ₹1,002 on Monday. The stock hit a high of ₹1,045 and a low of ₹1,000 during the session. It is currently trading below its 52-week high of ₹1,346 but above the 52-week low of ₹859.55. Hatsun Agro Product drops after Q4 PAT slide 18% YoY to Rs 43 cr
Hatsun Agro Product slipped 5.10% to Rs 891.55 after the company's consolidated net profit declined 17.52% to Rs 43.01 crore in Q4 FY25 as against Rs 52.15 crore posted in Q4 FY24. However, revenue from operations rose 9.57% YoY to Rs 2,242.85 crore during the quarter ended 31 March 2024. Profit before tax was at Rs 58.55 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25, down 17.04% as against Rs 70.89 crore reported in the same period last year. During the quarter, total expenses rose 10.85% YoY to Rs 2,192.82 crore. Cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1,464.91 crore (down 7.35% YoY), while employee benefit expenses were at Rs 69.45 crore (up 14.92% YoY) during the quarter. On a full-year basis, the companys consolidated net profit rose 4.31% to Rs 278.81 crore on an 8.87% increase in revenue to Rs 8,699.76 crore in FY25 over FY24. Meanwhile, the companys board has approved the draft Scheme of Amalgamation for the merger of its wholly owned subsidiary, Milk Mantra Dairy (the transferor company), with Hatsun Agro Product (the transferee company). The proposed scheme is subject to necessary approvals from the jurisdictional bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), shareholders, and other relevant regulatory authorities, as required. Hatsun Agro Product manufactures and markets dairy products like milk, curd, ice creams, dairy whitener, skimmed milk powder, ghee, paneer, etc.
