So here are some of our top picks of holiday parks across the country that are either right by the beach or have outdoor pools. We've even checked to find some of the cheapest deals for this month as well. Whitehill Country Park, Devon The Devon holiday park Whitehill Country Park is in Paignton, a popular seaside town.
