Burglars break in to Anthony Anderson's LA home: Sources
Actor Anthony Anderson's Encino home was broken into by a burglary crew on Sunday night, according to law enforcement sources. Three men broke in but it's unclear what was stolen, the sources said. Nobody has been arrested. Anderson is the latest big-name celebrity to have their Southern California home burglarized. Los Angeles Police Department detectives told ABC News that often the burglary crews don't even know whose home they are in, but odds are the lavish homes they target will belong to a celebrity because it's Los Angeles. On Valentine's Day, burglars broke into Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's Los Angeles home, according to sources. The A-list couple was not home at the time, but the home was ransacked before the group took off. Another A-list couple, Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, had their guest home broken into last August. The burglars did not enter the actors' main home, but the couple was not home at the time anyway, sources said. Anderson has had a lengthy career in Hollywood. including a leading role on the sitcom "Black-ish" from 2014 to 2022. He also had a long run on "Law & Order." He's also appeared in movies such as "Barbershop," "Hustle & Flow" and the recently released "G20" alongside Viola Davis.

24 'Nice' Celebrities Who Have Actually Done Some Pretty Awful Things
The devil works hard, but perhaps, publicists work a touch harder. That's not a shot at the hardworking folks in the business who are trying to help their clients' image. However, they certainly hold the lion's share of responsibility whenever a scandal needs to be covered up. Let's be honest here: despite how nice celebrities might come across on camera, a lot of them have managed to suppress their dark pasts or horrible behavior from the public. Even then, people still hold their despicable actions over their heads. A viral post on the r/AskReddit sub asked users to list the celebrities who come across as "nice" but are actually horrible. Plenty of responses came in, listing everyone from current social pariahs like Chrissy Teigen to late Hollywood heartthrobs like Paul Walker. Below are 25 beloved celebs who've committed some awful acts. Note: These responses have been edited and condensed for clarity. 1. "Dr. Dre beat his girlfriend so badly that she had to get plastic surgery." 2. "A surprising number of people think Mark Wahlberg is a good guy, and he very much is not." 3. "Paul Walker was dating a 15-year-old. But the entire world talked about Tyga dating Kylie Jenner when she was 16." 4. " John Stamos is generally perceived as a nice guy who elicits a sense of nostalgia in millennials. He once joked about orchestrating the sexual assault of a woman. She had agreed to sexual activity with him. They began with the lights off, and he says he left and sent a friend into the room to take his place. That's a story he told on a podcast, not sure if he thought it was funny or something?" 5. "The truth about Neil Gaiman is positively haunting. He deserves the absolute worst to happen to him." 6. "Stephen Collins. He played a family man preacher on 7th Heaven, and then it came out in 2014 that he had molested pre-pubescent girls. Hollywood Demons on HBO Max did their first episode on him. Weirdly enough, he wrote an erotic thriller that incorporated a similar story to what he did, and he starred in that made-for-TV movie The Babysitter's Seduction. Maybe acting out a fantasy?" 7. "Actor Anthony Anderson from Black-ish." From his Wikipedia page: 'Anderson was accused of raping a 25-year-old extra in a trailer on the film set of Hustle & Flow on July 27, 2004. The alleged victim accused Anderson and assistant director Wayne Witherspoon of forcibly removing her clothing, photographing her naked body, and sexually assaulting her. A witness claimed to have heard the alleged victim's screams and to have seen her run naked from the trailer, and she was treated at St. Francis Hospital. The charges were dropped on October 6, 2004, because the judge ruled that there was no probable cause to try the case. Anderson was sued for sexual assault in September 2004 by another woman who claimed that Anderson made sexually suggestive remarks and then assaulted her in his dressing room on the set of All About the Andersons. On July 20, 2018, it was revealed that he was being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department for another sexual assault allegation. Due to lack of evidence on September 4, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office decided not to press charges against Anderson.' – u/RealHousewiveology 8. "Kobe raped a woman but no one likes to talk about that, or the fact that he had cheated on Vanessa with a ridiculous amount of women and she stayed for the money." 9. "Marlon Brando forced Rita Moreno to have an abortion in the 1960s. The procedure was botched, she went home with the fetus DYING INSIDE OF HER BODY, and she had to return to the hospital for a surgical removal. She almost died." Reg Burkett / Getty Images "And then there's the brutal sodomy scene in Last Tango in Paris. Maria Schneider was not informed of the scene until it was being shot. It was an incredibly traumatic experience for her. She was only 19 years old. Brando was a talented actor, and he deserves to be credited as such, but I believe it's necessary that we cast light on his horrific treatment of women. Talented people are capable of monstrous things. We need to condemn those actions, not enable them." – u/tralfamadorianism 10. "Although some parts of social media might not like her, Oprah would fit the bill. She promoted some awful people like 'Dr.' Phil and Dr Oz. Plus, her friendships with Diddy, Weinstein, and Cosby surely don't look good. Granted, nothing major has come out regarding her like Ellen, but it's just a matter of time." 11. "Snoop Dogg has admitted to being a pimp (human trafficking)." 12. 14. "A lot of people still love Mike Tyson and think that because he talks kind of funny, he must be a nice guy. People think he's a nice guy who had a rough life growing up. He is a convicted rapist, he has admitted to beating women, and has been accused of SA by multiple other women. Dude's a piece of shit." 15. 17. "I loved Shaq, but the stories of what he's done to rookies (hazing) painted him in an entirely different light. It was a massive heartbreak." 18. "Jon Hamm did horrific things in college during fraternity hazing, including dragging a pledge around by his testicles in the claw end of a hammer. That is not normal under any circumstances." 19. "I'm not sure if anyone viewed him as 'nice,' but Steven Seagal is a much, much worse human than you'd imagine. He's not just your regular male actor with a few SA accusations; he's had credible cases against him for human trafficking, and so many female actors accused him of assault, he was pushed out of Hollywood." "NEIL PATRICK HARRIS and the absolutely fucking vile cake or meat platter he made of Amy Winehouse shortly after her death. DON'T LOOK IT UP. It is so beyond disturbing. I'm upset I ever saw it. And for that reason, I always answer this question when it comes up on Reddit. Everyone should know what a despicable, sick f*ck NPH is." Jerod Harris / Getty Images 22. "Cristiano Ronaldo. That guy raped a girl in a hotel room in LA, then swept it under the rug out of court." Yasser Bakhsh / Getty Images 23. "Jackie Chan had an affair back in the '90s with a woman who was 19 years younger than him, which resulted in a daughter. Allegedly, he has never supported her and they've been estranged her whole life. He also has had an off-and-on estranged relationship with his son." UNCAPTIONED: Terrence Howard turned down Marvin Gaye biopic because he didn't want to kiss a man
Terrence Howard rejected the starring role in a Marvin Gaye biopic because he didn't want to kiss a man. The Empire actor revealed on Bill Maher's Club Random podcast that the "biggest mistake" of his career was turning down a Smokey Robinson biopic because he was already in talks with director Lee Daniels about playing Marvin Gaye in a different film. However, he ultimately passed on playing the Let's Get It On hitmaker too following a chat with famed music producer Quincy Jones. 'I was over at Quincy Jones' house and I'm asking Quincy, 'I'm hearing rumours that Marvin was gay' and I'm like, 'Was he gay?' And Quincy's like, 'Yes.'" The Iron Man actor decided that he "could not" star in a film that required him to explore the soul musician's rumoured homosexuality. 'They would've wanted to do that, and I wouldn't have been able to do that," he stated. When podcast host Maher asked Howard if he "couldn't kiss a man on screen in a movie", he replied, "No. Because I don't fake it.' "That would f--k me," he added. "I would cut my lips off. If I kissed some man, I would cut my lips off.' The Hustle & Flow star insisted he wasn't homophobic and that it was more an issue of being able to fully commit to the character. 'That's fine, do what you love to do, but don't do it at me, don't aim it at me," Howard concluded. "I can't play that character 100%, I can't. I can't surrender myself to a place I don't understand.' Instructions: THIS VIDEO MUST NOT BE EDITED FOR LENGTH TO COMBINE WITH OTHER CONTENT

Former MAGA Terrance Howard Shares What Finally Made Him Turn His Back on Trump, But Social Media Isn't Having It
Terrance Howard was MAGA? The actor's latest revelation that he's a former supporter of President Donald Trump was not on our 2025 Bingo card. The 'Empire' star shared that he was 'in Trump's corner' until a significant shift in the administration led to a change of heart. Howard made this admission in a recent interview on Bill Maher's podcast, Club Random. The 'Hustle & Flow' actor revealed that he was in full support of the sitting president until the mass deportations were carried out —yes, the same plans he promised he would execute upon his re-election. 'I was all in his corner,' Howard said, 'But that right there, that hit me. I was like, 'Dude. You can't do that to somebody's family. You cannot do that. Bring them home.'' Howard is one of the latest MAGA celebrity supporters to speak out against Trump's political antics, including his aggressive deportation policies, which involve deporting U.S. citizens to other countries. Howard has remained silent about his views on the controversial president, except during his 2017 interview on the popular ABC daytime talk show 'The View.' 'The Best Man' actor discussed his thoughts on the public war of words between President Trump and the President of North Korea, Kim Jong Un. 'He's frightening the entire world. Everybody's scared to death now,' he said, In August 2017, Trump sent verbal warnings to North Korea that they would be met with 'fire and fury like they have never seen before' if the country continued to send threats to the U.S. This threat was alarming to global leaders as it incited fears of an imminent war between the two countries. Since the release of the interview, Howard took to X to clarify his reasoning regarding his stance on Trump. 'I want to clarify my comments: I was 100 supportive of Trump until I saw news of an American citizen being wrongfully deported. That crossed a line for me. Protecting American citizens and families should always come first no matter what politics you believe in. My stance has always been about standing up for justice and fairness.' There was no safe space for Terrance Howard as social media weighed in on their thoughts about Howard's recent Trump statements. One X commenter posted, 'Justice and fairness from a racist, rapist, convicted felon, serial fraudster who caged kids with 1,000 still separated, killed people by lying about covid, incited an insurrection & who extorted Ukraine for fake dirt on Biden? You can't be serious?' Another commenter posted, 'This is our community's problem. Weak Black men such as yourself who blindly follow behind a POS white man because he's a jacka** who gets away with sh*t you can't. For the latest news, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
