ITV Ridley series 2: Full cast list and when it's on TV
Adrian Dunbar returns to play the title character, who is a former detective inspector brought back in as a consultant some eighteen months after an early retirement. This was due to a nervous breakdown from having to come to terms with the loss of his wife and daughter in a house fire. Working alongside former colleague DI Carol Farman (Bronagh Waugh), there'll be several absorbing mysteries to solve. Alex Ridley is back. The Radio Times reports the second series of Ridley aired in the USA last September, so there's been a long wait for new episodes in the UK.
