BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — With St. Patrick's Day coming up Monday, some local businesses are giving the community a chance to celebrate. Events throughout the weekend may be impacted due to the threat of severe weather. Some event organizers already have weather plans in place. Here's a list of some of the St. Patrick's Day celebrations that are planned in the Birmingham area: Innisfree Irish Pub St. Patrick's Day events — March 13- 17 At the moment, St. Patrick's Day celebrations will be continued as planned. The organizers of the events say that weather plans are in place. More information can be found here. St. Patrick's Day-themed murder mystery dinner at Arlington Historic House — March 14 Tickets for this event can be found here. Organizers have not yet mentioned any weather plans. St. Patty's Day Southside 5K — March 15 According to the race's website, the organizers are monitoring the weather conditions. A decision for the race will be made on Friday. Beef's at the Grove 15th Annual St. Patrick's Day Celebration — March 15 This event will have a $20 cover for adults. Children 12 and under will get free admission. The organizers plan to make a decision regarding weather plans on Thursday. St. Patrick's Day at Siluria Brewing — March 16 This event starts at 4 p.m., and it will feature drinks and a food truck. According to organizers, five 'gold' coins will be hidden in the venue for guests to find and turn in for a prize. Cahaba Brewing Company's ShamROCK + SHOP — March 15- 16 Due to the threat of severe weather, Cahaba Brewing Company is moving their vendor market to Sunday. Live music, drink specials and more are still planned for Saturday. A list of vendors, musicians and food trucks can be found here. The Edge Homewood's Shamrock Social — March 16 This event will start at 12 p.m. with a screening of the SEC College Basketball Championship game.
