Singer Kailash Kher has reacted to the recent shooting incident at comedian Kapil Sharma's newly opened cafe in Surrey, Canada, stating that he is not fully aware of the details and will comment further once he has more clarity on the to IANS, Kher said, 'I'm not aware of that incident yet. Once I know more, I'll speak." Following the shooting at Kapil Sharma's newly launched restaurant, security measures have been tightened outside his residence in assailants opened fire on the premises housing Kapil Sharma's cafe, Kap's Cafe, on July 10. A day later, Mumbai Police personnel were seen at the actor and comedian's home in the Oshiwara locality in Mumbai. The establishment, which was recently inaugurated, has gained attention online with viral images. The attackers reportedly arrived in a vehicle and fled shortly after the shots were fired. Los Angeles: Hollywood actor Blake Lively has admitted to feeling "pain" of a retaliatory lawsuit by her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni and said she will continue her fight for every woman's right to protect Monday, a US district judge dismissed Baldoni's $400 million defamation lawsuit against Lively after she sued him for sexual harassment and a rare social media statement, Lively said women who speak up for their safety are often targeted by a retaliatory lawsuit.'Last week, I stood proudly alongside 19 organisations united in defending women's rights to speak up for their safety. Like so many others, I've felt the pain of a retaliatory lawsuit, including the manufactured shame that tries to break us. While the suit against me was defeated, so many don't have the resources to fight back,' Lively wrote on her Instagram Stories.'I'm more resolved than ever to continue to stand for every woman's right to have a voice in protecting themselves, including their safety, their integrity, their dignity and their story. There are protections out there. Check out some of the incredible organisations below for resources and information," she added.. In the post, Lively shared a list of 19 organisations that provide support and resources to help women stand up for their Monday, US District Court Judge Lewis Liman ruled that Baldoni can't sue Lively for defamation over claims she made in her lawsuit, because allegations made in a lawsuit are exempt from libel claims.
