Windsor firefighters, police responding to Kildare Road blaze

Emergency crews have closed a section of Kildare Road as Windsor firefighters work to extinguish a fire in the area. Windsor Fire and Rescue Chief Jamie Waffle says the blaze consists of a large number of wood pallets on fire. No injuries have been reported, Waffle said, and people are asked to avoid the area and keep their windows closed. Police said that Kildare Road is closed between Shepherd Street East and Seneca Street.
