Orlando Bloom Is Spending Time With a Single Star After His Split From Katy Perry
Orlando Bloom has officially touched down in Venice, Italy, for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's wedding, and he's spending time with another single star. Amid his breakup from longtime partner Katy Perry, the 48-year-old actor was photographed spending some quality time with Tom Brady, a man who knows a thing or two about navigating a high-profile breakup. More from SheKnows Jeff Bezos' Children: All About His 4 Kids With Ex-Wife MacKenzie Scott In photos obtained by Just Jared, the two single men were spotted on a boat on Venice's famous canals where they were joined by Brady's attorney, Alex Spiro, and Kris Jenner's boyfriend, Corey Gamble. The group is in Italy for the Amazon founder's highly controversial wedding to his former reporter fiancée. After weeks of speculation about the state of Perry and Bloom's relationship, sources confirmed their breakup shortly before Bloom touched down in Italy on June 26. The couple, who welcomed their daughter, Daisy Dove, in 2020, were together for nine years and have been engaged since 2019. Insiders reported earlier this week that Bloom planned to 'party hard' at Bezos and Sanchez's lavish wedding amid his breakup. However, Bloom's attendance comes as a surprise after other sources claimed that he and Perry hit a rough patch after an 'explosive' argument over her Blue Origin flight. Perry was one of the passengers on the April space flight, which was led by Sanchez for Bezos' company and received plenty of backlash for her involvement. Per the Daily Mail, Bloom agreed with the naysayers. 'He said it was cringeworthy. Embarrassing,' a source claimed, adding that Perry was 'hurt' by his reaction. Sanchez and Bezos's three-day wedding festivities are set to begin on Thursday, June 26, and their black tie wedding ceremony will take place on Friday, June 27. As their guests began to descend on the city, the bride and groom arrived by helicopter on Wednesday, June 25. The pair were picked up from Bezos' superyacht, Koru — which was docked just off the coast of Croatia — and flown into Venice. The billionaire Amazon founder, 61, and the journalist, 55, radiated happiness as they smiled and held hands while walking into the Aman Hotel. According to a source, guests will be treated to a casual welcome night at a closed cloister adjacent to the Madonna dell'Orto church on Thursday. The couple is expected to tie the knot in a black-tie ceremony on Friday, June 27. Amid the ongoing protests over the wedding in the city, Bezos and Sánchez made some last-minute changes to their itinerary. A source told PEOPLE that the ceremony — originally scheduled to take place on June 28 at Scuola Grande della Misericordia — has been moved to a new location due to security concerns. The couple and their guests will instead celebrate in a hall at the Arsenale in the eastern Castello district, which is surrounded by water and unreachable by land when connecting bridges are raised. To show their appreciation to Venice for hosting their multiday event, Bezos and Sánchez have asked their guests to make donations to the city in lieu of giving wedding gifts. Sebastiano Costalonga, local city councillor for commerce and productive activities of the municipality of Venice, told PEOPLE that the couple's gesture sends "a very important message that should also be extended to the other people who come to get married in Venice, or to celebrate any kind of event here. We are definitely happy to have this funding for the protection of our very delicate city." Read the original article on People

Diane von Furstenberg goes solo in Venice ahead of Jeff and Lauren's wedding after her husband came out as gay
Diane von Furstenberg has arrived solo in Venice, Italy, for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez 's wedding - marking her first public appearance since her husband came out as gay. Photographers caught the acclaimed fashion designer, 78, exiting the airport in the Italian city and getting into a water taxi on Tuesday. Diane appeared to be alone, walking alongside an airport security guard - with her billionaire husband Barry Diller nowhere in sight. It comes one month after Barry, 83, made the shocking revelation that he is gay, despite being married to Diane for 24 years. Barry, a renowned media exec who previously served as CEO for both Fox and Paramount, opened up about his homosexuality in a soul-baring article penned for New York magazine in early May. But he also insisted that his romance with Diane was genuine, describing their intense passion in the early years of their romance in detail and branding their romance as a 'ferocious love.' Even so, Barry was notably not with Diane as she touched down in Venice ahead of her longtime pals Jeff and Lauren's nuptials. The Amazon founder and his former journalist girlfriend are set to wed in Venice this Friday in what's expected to be a multi-day wedding extravaganza attended by a slew of famous faces. Diane looked fashionable for the outing, donning a bright blue pants and blazer combo adorned with pink and green stripes, which was made by her own brand of course. While it's unclear how much the ensemble originally cost since it's not available anymore, the jacket resells online for $518. She paired the look with a black top and colorful sandals. The designer seemed in great spirits, stopping to take a snap of Venice before she got onto the awaiting boat. Staff on the water vessel helped the fashion mogul on board by holding both of her hands as she stepped down into it. Her auburn tresses were left in wild waves around her face and she accessorized with some dark shades and a black purse. In his shocking New York magazine piece last month, Barry discussed how his and Diane's early passion was so intense they were once caught having sex by billionaire music mogul David Geffen during a visit his house in the 70s. The two enjoyed an on-and-off relationship for the next several decades before they finally wed in 2001. Still, he kept it close to his chest during his rise as a media executive, helped by successful stints at Paramount, ABC, and Twentieth Century Fox. Diane told the Times of his revelation: 'He's been private all his life, but not with me. So for me, it doesn't feel strange.' 'All I can tell you is Barry and I have had an incredible life, love for 50 years. We have been lovers, friends, married, everything. 'Today, he opened to the world,' she added. 'To me, he opened 50 years ago.' Jeff and Lauren have reportedly rented out the Venetian island San Giorgio Maggiore for six days for their glamorous wedding. An insider told the Daily Mail that the island is 'off-limits to visitors' from June 24 to June 29.
