Ballari: K Raghavendra Hitnal, who was recently elected as the president of the Raichur, Ballari, Koppal, Vijayanagara (RABAKOVI) Milk Union, has confirmed plans to establish a mega dairy in Ballari district. The announcement came after a board meeting on Friday, during which Ballari was officially selected as the site for the project. Koppal: MLA K Raghavendra Hitnal expressed his support for the fight against Baldota factory expansion during a meeting held at the Inspection Bungalow on Sunday evening. The meeting was organised by the Joint Action Forum, comprising the Jilla Bachao Andolan Samiti and the Environmental Protection Forum.
