The third Day of the Arab Media Conference Commences in Baghdad

The third day of the Arab Media Conference in Baghdad, hosted by the Iraqi Media Network(IMN), began this morning, Friday.
The head of IMN, Karim Hamadi, confirmed yesterday, Thursday, that the holding of 4th Arab Media Conference in Baghdad represents an important milestone in Iraq's openness to its Arab and regional surroundings, noting that Baghdad has once again become a center for Arab media.
"With great pride and honor, we celebrate today the convening of the Fourth Arab Media Conference on the land of Baghdad, to once again become a center for Arab dialogue, a platform for meetings, and a stage that reflects the history, the depth of the present, and the aspirations of the future,' The head of IMN said in his speech during the Fourth Arab Media Conference in Baghdad, attended by a reporter from the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
'Baghdad's hosting of this major media event, with the participation of more than 150 Arab media professionals and journalists, reflects the growing confidence in the role played by IMN as a national institution that seeks to establish a realistic media discourse that reflects the prosperous image of Iraq and its aspirations for a better future," He explained .
"Iraq has witnessed significant transformations in recent years in the political, economic, and urban aspects, and the media, led by IMN, played an active role in keeping pace with this journey, highlighting achievements, and conveying a balanced and responsible image of the reality of the country,' He added.
Prominent figures from Arab thinkers, media professionals, and decision-makers flocked to Baghdad, unanimously affirming that the media is no longer just a tool for conveying news, but has become a central actor in shaping public opinion and formulating public policies, especially on issues such as the environment, regional stability, and sustainable development.
