The former TOWIE star, 34, took to Instagram to share a series of pictures of her enjoying her time away with husband Rio Ferdinand, 46, and their children, four-year-old Cree and two-year-old Shae. 4 4 The loved-up pair were also joined by Rio's children from his previous marriage, Lorenz, Tate and Tia. 'But if people are saying no, the kids are saying no I don't know, man. I'm just lucky, fortunately we didn't get to that point... 'But if my kids have said no, we're probably not here right now. Because we don't get the chance to get to where we are, where we're like madly in love... 'I fell in love with swimming and training in the gym, and it's something I've done the rest of my life. I like the effects exercise has on my body, but I love the effects it has on my mind. 'I suffer with anxiety, and feel overwhelmed at times, but exercise is a time for me to think of nothing else other than what I'm doing.'
