Scroll down to see what freebies are on offer CASH IN Morrisons shoppers can bag freebies worth £30 through loyalty scheme perk MORRISONS shoppers can bag free goodies worth up to £30 through its reward scheme. Customers with a More Card loyalty scheme can claim premium kitchenware for free through a lesser-known stamp promotion currently available in stores. 2 Morrisons is giving shoppers the chance to win freebies worth up to £30 Credit: Morrisons 2 Shoppers have until the end of next week to collect stamps Morrisons is giving shoppers the opportunity to continue collecting stamps until next Sunday, June 8, with redemption available until June 22. The supermarket giant is giving away Pyrex containers, including a 2.6L dish normally worth £30, to shoppers who rack up enough stamps. For every £10 spent in-store, you'll earn one stamp, and once you hit 30 or more, you can start trading them in for top kitchen gear completely free. One Morrisons worker spilled the beans in the Extreme Coupons and Bargains UK Facebook group, writing: "Lots of customers don't even know about this scheme, so it's been a nice surprise for them!" All you need to do is check your stamp balance, it's printed on the bottom of your receipt or visible in the More Card app and then head to the till with your chosen Pyrex item and scan your More Card. If you've got enough stamps, it's yours for free. The range includes handy tubs in sizes from 600ml to 2.6L, plus a pump to suck out air and keep your food fresher for longer. One happy shopper shared: 'I got the largest rectangle yesterday and still have some stamps left!' You'll need 30 stamps to bag a small item, 40 for a medium, and 50 for the top-of-the-range large dish, meaning you'd need to spend around £500 to earn the full set. But considering it's a freebie just for doing your usual food shop, savvy shoppers say it's 'always nice to have something for nothing'. Exploring Popular Supermarkets in the UK If you're not already a More Card member, you can sign up for free by downloading the app on Google Play or the App Store. And while you're collecting stamps, you'll still earn More Points as usual which can be converted into vouchers for money off future shops. You can find your nearest store using the store finder tool. Morrisons loyalty boss Kate Lavery said the new perk is a 'bonus layer' on top of points and discounts, giving customers even more bang for their buck. It comes after the supermarket giant has made a huge change to its loyalty scheme and shoppers can now earn EXTRA points towards their purchases. Morrisons originally scrapped its More Points scheme in 2021, rebranding as My Morrisons, but reversed the decision in 2023 after shopper demand. Now, Morrisons More Card holders can collect points with over 300 popular brands including eBay, Just Eat, Expedia, Asos, Very, and loads more. Once 5,000 More Points are collected, shoppers will be handed a £5 voucher – better known as a Morrisons Fiver – to redeem on their next shop in store or online. How to save money on your food shop Consumer reporter Sam Walker reveals how you can save hundreds of pounds a year: Odd boxes - plenty of retailers offer slightly misshapen fruit and veg or surplus food at a discounted price. Lidl sells five kilos of fruit and veg for just £1.50 through its Waste Not scheme while Aldi shoppers can get Too Good to Go bags which contain £10 worth of all kinds of products for £3.30. Sainsbury's also sells £2 "Taste Me, Don't Waste Me" fruit and veg boxes to help shoppers reduced food waste and save cash. Food waste apps - food waste apps work by helping shops, cafes, restaurants and other businesses shift stock that is due to go out of date and passing it on to members of the public. Some of the most notable ones include Too Good to Go and Olio. Too Good to Go's app is free to sign up to and is used by millions of people across the UK, letting users buy food at a discount. Olio works similarly, except users can collect both food and other household items for free from neighbours and businesses. Yellow sticker bargains - yellow sticker bargains, sometimes orange and red in certain supermarkets, are a great way of getting food on the cheap. But what time to head out to get the best deals varies depending on the retailer. You can see the best times for each supermarket here. Super cheap bargains - sign up to bargain hunter Facebook groups like Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK where shoppers regularly post hauls they've found on the cheap, including food finds. "Downshift" - you will almost always save money going for a supermarket's own-brand economy lines rather than premium brands. The move to lower-tier ranges, also known as "downshifting" and hailed by consumer expert Martin Lewis, could save you hundreds of pounds a year on your food shop. How does the Morrisons More Card work? The Morrisons More Card lets you earn points on purchases which can be used to get money off future shops. Once you get to 5,000 points you can keep saving, or convert them into a voucher worth £5 to spend in-store or online. You can't earn loyalty points when buying certain products though, including tobacco, infant milk or formula and gift cards. The full list of excluded products is on the Morrisons website. The More Card also gives you access to personalised offers based on your shopping habits, including discounts on specific products or extra points on certain purchases. You can get a physical More Card and scan it at the till or swipe a virtual card via the app when shopping in-store.

Morrisons introduces massive change to its loyalty card scheme - here's how it will change the way you shop

Morrisons have introduced a massive change to its loyalty card scheme for its customers. The supermarket giant's More Card scheme allows shoppers to scan their digital card at checkout to earn More Points and access discounts known as More Card Prices. Once you earn 5000 points, you can choose either to keep saving your points on your app or convert into Fivers to use in store or online. Now, Morrisons have made it's even easier to rack up points on the scheme with the rollout of 'more partner points'. More Card members can now earn points with over 300 participating brands by shopping via the Morrisons More App or More website. The new partners include Ebay, Very, Just Eat, Expedia, Asos and more. The full list of participating retailers can be found in the app. To earn points, customers need to log into their Morrisons More app or the More website to browse, click through to a partner retailer and carry out their purchase as normal. The points they earn will then be tracked and automatically added to their account. It is a digital-only feature, meaning you only earn points for purchases made online through the Morrisons More app or website. The new launch comes after customers asked for more ways to earn rewards, according to the supermarket which has been making ongoing investment into its More Card scheme. Morrisons loyalty director Kate Lavery said: 'We're always looking for ways to make the loyalty scheme even more rewarding. 'More partner points means our customers can now collect more points on their everyday purchases beyond the weekly shop – whether they're buying clothes, gifts, or booking a holiday. It's another step towards helping customers save more, more often.' Earlier this year, the supermarket's loyalty scheme launched on Deliveroo, allowing customers to link their Morrisons More account to their Deliveroo account and earn even more points. In February, the retailer added another new feature which lets customers collect stamps with every purchase over £10 in-store. On Friday, it was announced Morrisons will overhaul its UK supermarkets by scrapping 2,500 items and replacing them with premium farm shop style products. The revamp - which is already underway in some UK stores - is being dubbed 'Morrisons Magic' and will be led by Director Andrew Staniland, as first reported by The Grocer. After trial success, it is believed Morrisons could roll out the wholesale changes across all of its stores in the coming months Its Warrington store has already undergone the transformation as part of an initial trial period which saw it add 500 new items to its range while removing 2,500. After the success, it is believed Morrisons could roll out the wholesale changes across all of its stores in the coming months. Morrisons' revamp will reportedly focus on its Market Street range, where shoppers can currently purchase fresh meats, fish, greens and baked goods. This area in stores is set to be transformed into something resembling a farm shop, marketed at both rookie and skilled home cooks. These products will be sold in foil trays in which meats will be sauced, marinated and breaded before being sold ready to cook in an attempt to give items a 'premium' feel. Its new ready meal range will also allegedly feature a collaboration with sushi chain YO! in a move to widen its selection of cuisines. The planned overhaul is good news for bargain hunters with Morrisons having a 'laser focus on clear pricing and value'. This is said to include promotions on items like squash, bread and biscuits for as cheap as £1 or two for £3. There will also be a three for £5 fresh fruit deal, a 'pick and mix' style bakery and pizza offer.

Morrisons announces loyalty scheme change - and shoppers can earn more points

More Card members can now earn points with over 300 participating brands including eBay, Very, Just Eat, Expedia and ASOS Morrisons is expanding its More Card loyalty scheme and it means shoppers can earn more points. The supermarket is launching More Partner Points for when customers shop with certain retailers. More Card members can earn points with over 300 participating brands including eBay, Very, Just Eat, Expedia and ASOS. You can access More Partner Points by logging into the Morrisons More App or the More website to browse, then clicking through to a retailer. ‌ You More Points are then tracked and added to your Morrisons account automatically. All purchases must be made through the Morrisons More App or website for points to be awarded. ‌ The new feature is digital-only and available to all registered More Card customers. Morrisons More members earn five More points on products when they scan their card in-store or online. Once a customer has reached 5,000 points, they receive a Morrisons Fiver. This is worth £5 which can be redeemed on a future shop, in-store or online. Morrisons More also offers personalised discounts for shoppers. Kate Lavery, Loyalty Director, Morrisons, said: 'We're always looking for ways to make the Loyalty scheme even more rewarding. More Partner Points means our customers can now collect More Points on their everyday purchases beyond the weekly shop - whether they're buying clothes, gifts, or booking a holiday. It's another step towards helping customers save more, more often.' But in not-so-good news, Morrisons has axed two of its loyalty scheme offers - leaving shoppers furious. The supermarket previously ran Fish Fridays and Steak Saturdays promotions which gave More Card customers 20% off fish and steak from its Market Street counters. However, these offers have recently been pulled - with Morrisons adding 125 fish and steak products to its three for £10 deal instead. Shoppers have been reacting to the news on social media. ‌ One person commented on Morrisons' Facebook page: 'You have finished with 20% off the fish Friday and Steak Saturday not happy.' In a separate Reddit post, another said: 'Are Morrisons stopping the 20% Fish Fridays and Steak Saturdays? Manager last week told me they were stopping it, offers no longer showing on the app!' A spokesperson from Morrisons told The Sun: 'Market street is an important part of Morrisons and we are working hard to maintain what customers really want, modernising our proposition and maintaining what is in our DNA as a company.' It comes after Morrisons announced it is closing 17 of its smaller Morrisons Daily stores, 35 meat counters, along with 35 of its fish counters. The supermarket is also getting rid of 52 in-store cafes, all 18 of its Market Kitchens, 13 florists and four pharmacies.
