'As a nurse-led clinic, our ethos has always centred on restoring confidence, not just appearances, and it is clear just how transformative even a small act of care can be during or after such a difficult journey,' Kimberley told the Journal. 'The Restore & Refine package was designed to do exactly what the name suggests – to help women feel like themselves again. 'Extending it as a complimentary treatment for breast cancer patients is our way of giving back, using our expertise to support healing and confidence from the inside out. MORE: Bowel cancer test saved my life, says Rhys Meirion 'At this stage, we're starting with breast cancer patients as it aligns with the areola restoration work we've been doing. 'But it's absolutely something I'd like to expand over time to support other women and men who have gone through cancer and require scar revision work – we're just taking thoughtful steps to ensure we do it in a sustainable, personal way.' Kimberley Medical Aesthetics has also been nominated for this year's UK Hair and Beauty Awards, with a ceremony later this month. The clinic was nominated for 'Best Aesthetic Clinic of the Year', while team member and makeup artist Abbie Newton Hilditch is a finalist in the 'Semi-Permanent Makeup Artist of the Year' category.
