Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance concluded the sixth edition of the Jusoor Exhibition in Pristina, reported the Saudi Press Agency on Monday. The 10-day event witnessed a strong turnout and broad engagement from diverse communities and nationalities, underscoring its success as a prominent cultural and advocacy initiative. Organized in cooperation with the Religious Attaché at the Saudi Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the exhibition coincided with the final rounds of the third edition of the International Competition for the Memorization of the Holy Quran in the Balkans. The exhibition featured several unique pavilions, including a traditional Najdi council, a coffee pavilion, an interactive photography area, and displays from the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran. A virtual reality experience, rare manuscript exhibits from the Makkah Library, and innovative electronic applications showcasing modern Islamic educational tools were also featured. Throughout the event, 10,000 copies of the Holy Quran were distributed, boasting translations of the meanings of its verses in multiple languages. The Jusoor Exhibition is part of the ministry's broader effort to build cultural bridges, promote the values of tolerance and moderation in Islam, and boost international awareness of the Kingdom's initiatives in religious and cultural outreach.

Visitors also engaged with a cutting-edge virtual reality (VR) experience that provided immersive 3D tours of significant landmarks in Makkah and Madinah. This section showcased Qur'ans in various recitations, formats, and translations, accompanied by a detailed visual presentation of the complex's precise processes in printing, proofreading, and quality control. International, Local Competitions The 'International and Local Competitions' pavilion drew attention to the Kingdom's commitment to the Holy Qur'an through high-profile contests such as the King Abdulaziz International Competition for the Memorization, Recitation, and Interpretation of the Holy Qur'an, as well as the King Salman bin Abdulaziz Local Competition. Regional contests across Asia, Africa, and Europe were also featured, highlighting Saudi Arabia's global efforts in Quranic service. Complementary exhibits highlighted aspects of Saudi culture, including traditional attire, Arabic calligraphy, and the serving of Saudi coffee and dates. The exhibition also introduced a range of digital initiatives developed by the Ministry, such as the 3D Hajj and Umrah app—an innovative tool using interactive technology to deliver engaging religious content. 6,000 Qur'an copies distributed at Tunisia Book Fair

RIYADH: The Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has distributed more than 6,000 copies of the Qur'an to visitors at the 39th Tunisia International Book Fair. The distribution began when the fair started on April 25, the Saudi Press Agency reported. The fair will run until May 4. At the Kingdom's pavilion, visitors can browse an extensive collection from the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Qur'an, including translations of Qur'anic meanings and editions in different narrations and formats. Visitors to the pavilion can also experience a range of interactive electronic applications that provide educational content and religious services. Among the highlights are a 3D Hajj and Umrah application, a correct citation application, and virtual reality experiences that offer immersive tours of the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah. The ministry's participation underscores Saudi Arabia's commitment to serve the Qur'an and support Islam and Muslims worldwide.

RIYADH: The fifth Jusoor exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in Jakarta, saw an impressive turnout on its third day, with more than 150,000 visitors. Attendees praised the exhibition's detailed models of the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah, capturing the finest architectural and spiritual aspects of the Two Holy Mosques. Held at the Istiqlal Mosque complex, the exhibition also featured virtual reality technology, offering an immersive experience of the holy sites. Saudi Islamic affairs ministry participates in Muscat book fair

RIYADH: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by the General Secretariat for Exhibitions and Conferences, is at the Kingdom's pavilion for the 29th edition of the Muscat International Book Fair. The fair began on Wednesday and runs until May 3. The event is hosting 674 publishing houses from 35 countries this year, with 640 participating directly and 34 through agencies. The ministry's booth showcases a variety of editions of the Qur'an printed by the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Qur'an in Madinah, along with translations of its meanings in more than 77 languages. It is also presenting a detailed explanation of the mechanism of printing the Qur'an, the stages it undergoes within the complex, and the modern technologies used, with the aim of informing visitors about the message the Kingdom delivers in caring for the Qur'an through its printing and distribution to Muslims around the world. In addition, the ministry is displaying numerous applications and digital programs to serve the exhibition's visitors.
