Amir Congratulates Kuwaitis, Expats on Eid Al-Adha

KUWAIT CITY, June 4: The Amiri Diwan on Wednesday relayed Eid Al-Adha greetings from His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to Kuwait's citizens and residents, wishing them a happy Eid amid amity, security and safety. The Amiri Diwan seizes this blessed opportunity to convey Eid Al-Adha greetings to His Highness the Amir, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. His Highness the Amir also wished both Arab and Muslim worlds a blessed Eid, security and stability, praying to Allah Almighty to protect Kuwait and its people and to grant them security and safety. His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Wednesday a message of congratulations on Eid Al-Adha from His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah. In the message, His Highness the Crown Prince expressed his honour to send sincere congratulations to His Highness the Amir on this occasion, praying sincerely to Allah to protect His Highness the Amir and wishing him perpetual well-being. His Highness the Crown Prince also wished success to His Highness the Amir in leading the dear country to make further progress and prosperity. Sheikh Mubarak affirmed the National Guard's commitment to providing all necessary resources to deliver medical services to its personnel, emphasizing that 'human resources are the cornerstone of any institution's success.' During his tour of the Physical Therapy Center, the Chief of the National Guard received a detailed briefing on the center's capabilities, the services offered, and the advanced equipment, considered among the most modern in the Middle East for physical therapy. The center includes departments specializing in orthopedics and muscles, spine care, hydrotherapy, sports medicine, and medical rehabilitation. It is equipped with devices for diagnosing and treating neck issues, cryotherapy machines, reality-simulated sports rehabilitation equipment, and a laboratory for motion and gait analysis. The center matches the highest standards of physical therapy facilities in Kuwait. The Chief of the Kuwait National Guard stated that the Physical Therapy Center contributes to improving and enhancing the services provided to National Guard personnel, and that its establishment aligns with the goals of the 2030 Strategic Plan ('Protecting the Nation') to strengthen the health system within the Guard. He added that this step is in line with the directives of the country's political leadership, represented by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah. KUWAIT, May 6 (KUNA) -- Kuwait National Guard (KNG) Undersecretary Lieutenant General Hashem Al-Refaie met on Tuesday with the Saudi Military Attache Brigadier General Farhan Al-Shathri, to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation between the KNG and military institutions in Saudi Arabia. According to a statement by Kuwait National Guard, the meeting was attended by senior commanders, and Al-Refaie conveyed greetings from KNG Chief Sheikh Mubarak Humoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and KNG Deputy Chief Sheikh Faisal Nawaf Al-Sabah, emphasizing the deep-rooted historical ties and strong relations between the two countries.
