Little Caesars to launch first UAE restaurant in Dubai

Little Caesars is set to open its first restaurant in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in July 2025, in Al Barsha, Dubai. The brand plans to expand further with two further locations in Jebel Ali and Al Ghadeer soon afterwards. Little Caesars global retail president Paula Vissing stated: 'Launching in Dubai marks an exciting milestone for Little Caesars as we continue expanding worldwide. 'We're thrilled to introduce pizza lovers in the UAE to our delicious offerings made with fresh ingredients and incredible value. With prices starting at just Dh24 for our large Classic Pizzas — including pepperoni, veggie, and cheese — we're bringing unbeatable affordability to a market known for its dynamic food scene. 'With Dubai's rapid growth and diverse, vibrant population, we're excited to serve this thriving community and become part of its culinary landscape.' The Dubai opening marks a key milestone in Little Caesars' global expansion, bringing its signature menu to the UAE. The expansion is facilitated by Almutairi Restaurants Group, the exclusive franchisee for the UAE market. Almutairi Restaurants, which also operates multiple Little Caesars locations in Kuwait under the Las Palmas Restaurant Co, brings regional expertise to support the brand's growth in the UAE. Almutairi Restaurants Group CEO Abdulmohsan Al Mutairi stated: 'We're proud to bring Little Caesars to Dubai and introduce its world-famous pizza to this dynamic and diverse city. 'Our experience in Kuwait has shown us the strong demand for high-quality, affordable pizza, and we're excited to now serve the growing community in Dubai with that same passion and dedication.' In June 2025, Little Caesars launched its first Indian restaurant outlet in Gurugram, Haryana. Popular pizza chain adds experimental new menu item fans will love

Pizza is already delicious on its own, and part of what makes it great is how good the dough is. Many popular pizza chains have tried to play with this key base by launching adventurous mashups, such as Little Caesars' pretzel pizza, Domino's (DMPZF) Parmesan Stuffed Crust, and Pizza Hut's (YUM) Cheesy Bites Pizza. Don't miss the move: Subscribe to TheStreet's free daily newsletter With growing competition and consumers' attraction to trends, innovation has become an essential investment for the food industry. Hence, many chains are developing creative combinations to take over the market. Image source: Bloomberg/Getty Images Papa Johns (PZZA) is introducing the new Croissant Pizza, which combines its iconic pizza sauce and toppings with a new buttery and flaky braided croissant crust. "As a brand built on innovation, distinction, and quality, we're always looking to global food culture for inspiration – and turning it into exciting new experiences that stand out. We conducted extensive research to understand what consumers wanted from our next global innovation. Croissant Pizza scored highly across all markets," said Papa Johns SVP Managing Director of International Chris Lyn-Sue in a press release. "After a year in development, we're proud to unite two beloved icons into one craveable, delicious product that brings something fresh and exciting to the QSR category," said Lyn-Sue. To set this new menu item apart, Papa Johns also partnered with the clothing label KidSuper Studios to design the limited-edition Papa Johns x Kid Super Hot Bag to pair with the Croissant Pizza. As with its original pizzas, customers can personalize their Croissant Pizza with any toppings they like. And as delicious as this innovative menu item may sound, another Papa Johns marketing strategy offers even more unexpected twists than its new braided crust. The Croissant Pizza is currently only available in the United Arab Emirates. However, Papa Johns is bringing it for a limited time across participating markets, including Korea, China, Chile, and Peru. The pizza chain has not announced plans to make the Croissant Pizza available in the U.S. Still, the fact that it will become available across diverse select markets worldwide is a good sign that, if successful, the U.S. might make the list soon. This month alone, the pizza chain introduced the Cheddar Crust Pizza in Canada and relaunched the Shaq-a-Roni Pizza. In its first quarter earnings for fiscal 2025, Papa Johns' total comparable sales declined 1.3% compared to last year. Little Caesars To Enter Indian Market, First Outlet In Delhi NCR This June

American pizza chain Little Caesars is set to open its first outlet in India this June, starting operations in Delhi NCR. With this launch, the company enters its 30th global market. The fast-food chain, known for its 'Hot-N-Ready' pizzas, plans to expand its presence across India in the coming months. The menu for Indian outlets is expected to include a mix of the brand's standard offerings and locally adapted items. Paula Vissing, President of Global Retail at Little Caesars, called the India entry a "milestone" for the company. "We're anticipating introducing a unique menu that we believe will connect with Indian consumers," she said. The India operations will be managed by franchise partner Harnessing Harvest, a company with decades of experience in the domestic food and hospitality sector. The group is expected to adapt Little Caesars' standard model to fit local eating habits and preferences. According to the company, the Indian menu will be developed specifically for the market, incorporating regional flavours while maintaining the brand's focus on quick service and affordability. The move comes amid growing demand for international QSR brands in Indian cities, driven by shifting food habits and increasing disposable incomes. Little Caesars' entry follows recent expansions in countries like Cambodia and Kuwait. Established in 1959 in Detroit, Little Caesars is currently the world's third-largest pizza chain. It operates in all 50 US states and several international markets. The company is part of the Ilitch Companies portfolio and is known for features like the Pizza Portal self-service pickup station and products such as Crazy Bread and Crazy Puffs.

[DOWNLOAD: Free WSB-TV News app for alerts as news breaks] All of the living former Atlanta mayors gathered to celebrate the anniversary. The theme, 'From racetrack to runways: A century in flight,' honors the airport's humble beginnings from an abandoned racetrack to its current status as the world's busiest airport. 'It's a century in the making, a story of grit, greatness, and global impact,' Jan Lennon, Executive Deputy General Manager of the airport said. Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens paid tribute to the two former mayors the airport is named after, William Hartsfield who was instrumental in the airport's early development, and Maynard Jackson, who helped expand and modernize it. 'Our airport moves this entire region and indeed this entire state forward, creating opportunities and creating long legacies and connecting Atlanta to the entire world,' Dickens said. Leaders also highlighted the airport's huge economic impact. 'With over 63,000 employees and a $66 billion dollar impact on the metro region every year,' Rep. Nikema Williams said. The airport isn't finished growing either. There are upgrades and construction planned for the next decade.
