Llanmoor Homes shortlisted for three Wales Property Awards
Llanmoor Homes has been recognised for its Bedwellty Field development in Aberbargoed at the Wales Property Awards 2025. The company has been shortlisted in the Residential Development of the Year category and for the Sustainability Award. It has also been shortlisted for the prestigious Construction Business of the Year award. The Bedwellty Field development, which was completed in September 2024, consists of 101 homes built in two phases, including 15 affordable homes given to Caerphilly County Borough Council. The development marked the construction of the first new council-owned homes in Caerphilly County in 18 years. It was also the first development in the borough to integrate a Sustainable Drainage System (SuDS), aligning with new Welsh Government legislation. Tim Grey, sales director at Llanmoor Homes, said: "We're delighted to be shortlisted for an incredible three awards at the Wales Property Awards 2025, which is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone who works for the business. "Bedwellty Field is more than just a housing development. "This project demonstrates how thoughtful planning, innovation and collaboration can create a lasting, positive impact on both residents and the environment." The awards ceremony will take place on June 12.
