Inside look at the Logies 2025 Afterparty: The exclusive photos you won't see anywhere else

It's the night Aussie TV's brightest stars wait for all year, the Logies 2025, and we're not just talking about the red carpet. While the Logies ceremony may serve the glam and the gold, the real party kicks off when the lights go down, the heels come off, and the drinks start flowing. And this year, we had someone on the inside snapping the exclusive photos you won't see anywhere else using Kodak 800-Speed Film. Thanks to a source with a Kodak Fun Saver Single Use Camera in hand, we scored exclusive access to the best moments of the Logies 2025 afterparty. These are the snaps you won't see on the official socials. The Kodak Fun Saver, which you can grab on Amazon Australia for just $28, proved to be the unsung hero of the night. Packed with Kodak 800-Speed Film and capable of shooting 27 photos, this little retro gem delivered pure gold. Its built-in flash works at a range of 1.2 to 4.5 metres, which made it the perfect tool for capturing intimate, low-light moments without disturbing the mischief. So what did we catch on film? For starters, Angela Cox was spotted raising her champagne flute in a glitzy toast — a picture-perfect moment of pure celebration. Meanwhile, Michael Usher, clearly in the spirit, was snapped with a rose clamped between his teeth, very Dancing With The Stars inspired (if you ask us). Kylie Gillies looked radiant, laughing alongside friends in a shimmering white number, while Larry Emdur was caught getting cosy with none other than a bottle of his very own Ben Buckler Whisky from Corowa Distilling Co. Talk about on-brand. The fun didn't stop there. Melanie Bracewell and David Woiwod were all smiles in a sweet, candid snap. And of course, we couldn't leave out Sally Bowrey, seen ducking into frame mid-laugh. While professional photographers were long gone and the official coverage had wrapped, our film camera kept on snapping. That's the magic of analogue — no filters, no retakes, just the raw, gritty joy of a night well celebrated. And before you write this off as just another fun throwback, consider this your excuse to add a disposable camera to your own next big night out. The Kodak Fun Saver isn't just nostalgia — it's proof that sometimes, the best moments come when you don't see the flash coming. Available now on Amazon Australia, this $28 camera gives you 27 chances to capture memories you'll laugh at for years. Just ask the stars. Logies 2025 Celeb Approved Products 1. Logies 2025: Sam Pang stuns viewers with 'cutthroat' opening monologue

The night of nights for Australian television has started with a bang, with viewers full of praise for Sam Pang's opening monologue at the 65th Annual TV WEEK Logie Awards. It's the third time Sam has hosted, and many Aussies tuning in at home have said they're pleased to see him back on the main stage, applauding his "hilarious" speech to kick things off. "Pang is going at it tonight. Hell yeah," one Aussie wrote on X, while another claimed "Sam Pang was a good pick to host". "Sam Pang nailing the intro monologue once again," a third chimed in. Many referred to the jokes he made while acknowledging Gold Logie nominee Poh Ling Yeow, saying she would be "easy to spot in this room". He took another swipe at the lack of diversity within the industry earlier in his speech by joking he hopes he soon won't be called Anh Do, another beloved Asian TV personality and comedian. "I've said ooffff at least four times already in Sam's monologue," another Aussie said online. OMG, he just keeps coming. "You should be easy to spot in this room" to Poh! Making a statement. I hope Sam Pang DOES come back next year. #Logies2025 #Logies — Alison Malek (Foster) (@AlisonRFoster) August 3, 2025 Sam also made a controversial joke about recently convicted killer Erin Patterson, suggesting MAFS should "cast the mushroom lady as the caterer" for their reality show. A shocking joke during Logies 2025 host Sam Pang's opening monologue has divided TV audiences. Bluey is massive in the United States and is officially the watched America, just ahead of a school shooting safety video.' While there was some laughter in the audience after the gag was delivered, Bluey creator Joe Brumm could be seen shaking his head. On social media, comments were divided, with one user sharing three shocked emojis in response to the extremely edgy gag. However others praised the returning comedian, with one praising it as "another great monologue" from the HYBPA star, 51. "Sam Pang delivering another barn burner monologue. Jimmy Barnes slammed by Logies viewers as the rocker opens the show with iconic anthem: 'Needs to retire'

Jimmy Barnes opened the 2025 Logies with a bang. The iconic rocker took the stage at The Star in Sydney and belted out his lauded anthem, Working Class Man. But viewers tuning into the ceremony at home were less than enthused by the 69-year-old's performance. Several shared their thoughts on X, offering some less-than-flattering reviews. 'Jimmy Barnes. Poor bastard is incoherent, can't understand a thing he's singing,' commented one fan. '1988 called. It'd like its entertainment back,' said another, one more adding, 'One for the boomers on the boomers' medium.' 'Unpopular opinion - Jimmy needs to sit down, chill out and retire. He has earned it,' yet another said. 'He's doing himself no favours singing everything in a screaming rasp, there's no light and dark anymore and he's butchered that classic,' they added. 'Maybe choose an opening act that would play a casino in real life rather than an RSL,' someone else commented. 'Barnesy is a legend but that was a rough watch,' another viewer chimed in, with another saying, 'Jesus Christ make it stop.' Others enjoyed the performance, with one fan writing, 'The bloody Logies has peaked too early, how can they top this!' Another agreed: 'Jimmy Barnes rocks the #Logies2025!' while someone else called him a 'legend.' One more fan said: 'Leading with Barnsey means it will be downhill from here.' After a difficult year in which he faced several health challenges, Barnes this week announced a tour to celebrate the 40th anniversary of his classic single Working Class Man. Others enjoyed the performance, with one fan writing, 'The bloody Logies has peaked too early, how can they top this!' First released in November 1985, the song was a top five hit Down Under and became the singer's personal anthem. For the upcoming concert series, which kicks off in November, Jimmy will be joined by '80s hitmaker Iva Davies and his band Icehouse, and fan favourite Kate Ceberano. As a special treat for fans, the Scottish-born Oz rock hero will be playing every track from his For the Working Class Man album, which went to number one in Australia soon after its release in 1985. Jimmy's six-date tour begins on November 22 in Victoria at the Mount Duneed Estate in Geelong. A show at Queensland's Sirromet Winery on November 29 follows, before Jimmy heads to NSW for a gig at Bimbadgen Wines in the Hunter Valley on December 6. After taking a break over Christmas, Jimmy will resume the tour for a concert in the new year at the Regatta Grounds in Hobart on January 17, 2026, before travelling to South Australia's Barossa Valley for a show at Peter Lehmann Wines on January 31. The Working Class Man 40th Anniversary Tour will finish off on February 7 in Western Australia at Sandalford Wines in the Swan Valley.
