Maison Revka in Dubai

If there's one thing Dubai does best, it's turning a meal into an all-day affair – and when a restaurant comes with a beach club attached, well, you're in for something special. Stretching out on a sun lounger after an epic meal? That's not just living… It's Maison Revka, the newest jewel from RIKAS Hospitality Group (the team behind Mimi Kakushi and La Cantine du Faubourg), in collaboration with Paris Society, the brains behind Parisian hotspot Raspoutine. Together, they've created a little slice of European glamour at Delano Dubai – and it's every bit as fabulous as it sounds. Here, you'll find a stunning restaurant that's all about maximalism. Maison Revka oozes bourgeois-style interiors with soft pink accents, flattering candlelight, tablecloth fringing and a winding showstopper staircase you can't not pose on. It's an expansive restaurant and even features a fairly big boutique filled with fine foods and homely trinkets. (Credit: Maison Revka) With elaborate candleabras and waxy candles dressing tablescapes across the main dining room, you may struggle to fit all your dishes on top of your table, but at least your pics will be top tier. Dine on the terrace, and you'll have views of the pool lined with luxe cabanas complete with frilly parasols. You can't go wrong. The menu seamlessly mixes flavours from all over Eastern Europe, with freshly sourced fish at its core and a dedicated pavlova section to savour. Smoked salmon is generously served as a starter with blini-style crêpes and a dollop of crème fraîche — simple yet so moreish. The raw fish offering is impressive, too, as you would expect. The namesake dish 'Maison Revka selection' itself overflows with bluefin tuna, langoustine, salmon, scallops and oysters, all neatly presented on a pretty plate – this is certainly a main character dish. (Credit: Maison Revka) Those after something meatier are bound to be impressed here, too. Black Angus tenderloin is hearty (and not pre-cut for those who take their steak seriously), and for an extra Dhs300, it's worth opting for the foie gras and truffle toppings just for the presentation alone. Your usual Dubai staples (think burrata and truffle pizza) still feature, but often with a caviar twist. Go for the wagyu tartare with potato mille-feuille finished with the delicacy or the truffle pizzetta for something more familiar and comforting, with the option to add caviar on that too. If you're plotting your next decadent catch-up or hunting for a Friday night spot that's as gorgeous as it is delicious, consider this your sign. Maison Revka isn't just another restaurant – it's an invitation to live a little larger.

Maison Revka Review: A Baroque beauty comes to Dubai

The concept combines Slavic and Parisian influences. Maison Revka Dubai feels like a Baroque painting come to life. The new Slavic restaurant boasts a glamorous grandeur, soft shadows and a dose of drama. Located in Delano Dubai at Bluewaters Island, the concept first started in France before making its Dubai debut. Maison Revka can be found in Paris and Saint Tropez. Founded by a Slavic family, the restaurant aims to blend Slavic gastronomy with Parisian elegance. The Dubai venue boasts an array of areas: a boutique on the first floor, which sells items ranging from gourmet food to luxury tableware; a plush pool with frilly umbrellas and branded cushions; and an ornate dining room fit for royalty. Maison Revka is open for lunch and dinner, and can be enjoyed outdoors and indoors. The dramatic design is unmatched in Dubai. The terrace feels like the streets of Paris, and the dining room boasts an old-world charm. As you step down the stairs, you are welcomed into a space that feels like it's straight out of Disney's Beauty and the Beast. The room includes high ceilings, sink-into-seats, tall indoor trees, white tablecloths and Lumières – aka flickering candlesticks. Every corner (and customer) was photo-ready. Maison Revka's dishes scream luxury and are served on an actual silver platter. The menu spans smoked salmon, caviar, raw, cold starters, hot starters, mains, sharing, sushi and sides. Dishes are dressed to impress, from the Mozzarella Sticks with Caviar to the Chicken Shashlik with leek and truffle jus. Nowhere is that more apparent than with the humble yet haute, Rosti Potato with Cream Cheese and Caviar. Shredded and soft, it created a cushion for the toppings. The Truffle Pizzeta came with a pillowy crust, and a generous helping of cheese and truffle. The signature dish, Salmon Coulibiac with Beurre Blanc and Cured Salmon Eggs, combined comfort with class. The salmon, mushroom and spinach were encased in a puff pastry, and sat atop a silky sauce. Pavlovas dominate the dessert menu, and are designed to dazzle. The Giant Red Berries Pavolva was Insta-worthy, as the tall tower was topped with fruit and flowers. While it comes in at AED 185, it is big enough for four. On Maison Revka's menu, more is more. While our vegetarian guest had limited options, they managed to make do with combining starters and sides. If you're looking to combine class with comfort, this venue hits the spot. Maison Revka's drinks are made of strong stuff, thanks to the Slavic influence. The signature cocktail, Matryochka combines vodka with lime, fruit tea and raspberry. The cocktails also range from the pisco-based Ostryy to the gin-based Svezhyy. Plus, Champagne, wine and whiskey are available. Maison Revka is, without a doubt, one of the most romantic restaurants in Dubai. On our visit, love was in the air and influencers were in the wild. Couples were canoodling and celebrating, and girls with pearl earrings were taking shots on the steps. So, if you want to immerse yourself in a Rubens or Vermeer, visit Maison Revka.
