Sandringham head gardener's home becomes holiday let
The former home of the head gardener at a royal estate is being offered as a holiday let - with a stately price tag six-bedroom Gardens House was once the residence of the head gardener on the Sandringham Estate, the Norfolk home of King Charles is being marketed as a holiday let "within the heart of Sandringham's royal grounds", with the cost starting from £4,110 per Little, managing editor of Majesty Magazine, said the let was a sign that royal estates were "actively striving to bolster their revenue streams" and the house would appeal to "well healed Brits". The Gardens House joins another property on the Sandringham estate, called The Folly, as holiday homes available to the general public. The Sandringham Estate covers approximately 20,000 acres (8,100 hectares) with 600 acres (242 hectares) of gardens. The estate is a popular tourist destination with both the house and garden open to the the grounds is a working sawmill and organic farm - and a number of properties. 'The Gardens House sleeps eight people, has three bathrooms and is dog-friendly. The listing describes it as "once home to the Estate's head gardener, this handsome brick residence now offers guests a rare invitation to experience the grace and quiet rhythm of life on one of Britain's most storied country estates". Mr Little said royal estates had always had commercial offers but the way they were being presented had changed. "The way in which these properties are marketed is much more upfront these days, a consequence perhaps of the fairly recent change of ownership," he said. "Given the grandeur of The Folly, in particular, there is a heightened awareness that the privately owned royal estates are actively striving to bolster their revenue streams."Sandringham is not the first royal residence to rent out property to holidaymakers, with eight cottages and lodges available for hire at Balmoral Castle, is stated on the Balmoral website that "some cottages are not available for rent for certain dates during the Royal Family's visit". Charles Just Created a ‘Huge Problem' With Beatrice & Eugenie Amid Reports William Wants ‘Toxic' Andrew Out of the Family
King Charles is about to celebrate his royal birthday, and two non-working royals might be joining him on the balcony for the Trooping the Colour. Princess Eugenie and Beatrice have been in the newscycle lately due to the proximity between their cousin Prince William and uncle, but what exactly does it mean for the future of the Royal family. Though presenting the sisters on the balcony can be seen as an 'olive branch' moment, some royal experts think that it would be a 'huge problem' for King Charles. More from StyleCaster Princess Eugenie Subtly Forms Alliance With William as She Distances Herself From 'Close' Cousin Harry Trump Accused of Stealing King Charles' Thunder After the Royal Made a Clear Stance Against the President Richard Fitzwilliams spoke to GB News about the potential decision. 'It would bring into focus the fact that [Prince] Andrew does not appear, and anything to do with him is still too toxic,' he told the outlet. 'Unfortunately for the Yorks, there is a problem, a huge problem, and it would send a message that would not be appropriate at the moment.'The commentary comes right after it was reported that Prince William plans to use Princess Eugenie and Beatrice for bigger roles within the family. 'When William ascends the throne, Beatrice and Eugenie will be valuable assets, and I'm certain they will get involved with royal duties. It makes perfect sense, because he will need them,' Ingrid Seward, royal author and editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine, told Hello!. 'I see them as a sort of double act, working together in the same way as married couples do. Two gorgeous Princesses working together as sisters would be very powerful. I think it would be wonderful, and I think it will happen,' the author added. However, things don't look quite as smooth for their father Prince Andrew after William wants to excommunicate him from the family once and for all once he's king. 'William's strong stance on 'the Andrew problem' is consistent, unwavering and his influence has been decisive in ensuring Andrew remains sidelined,' Hillary Fordwich told Fox News Digital. 'He is driven by his desire… to protect the monarchy's reputation, doing all he can to safeguard its future.' '[William is] very in touch with the public,' Fordwich added. 'Every public opinion poll has Andrew at the bottom, reinforcing Prince William's stance. Once king, no doubt, Prince William will ensure Andrew is completely excluded from royal life, as well as all public appearances.' For those confirmed to stand on the balcony, the Express, reported that it's believed that Prince William, Princess Kate, and their three children will join Charles and Camilla on the Buckingham Palace balcony for the tradition. Charles will reportedly break Royal tradition by riding in a carriage rather than horseback. Inside Prince William's plans for cousins Beatrice and Eugenie once he becomes king
Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie are being 'kept on ice' ahead of Prince William's inevitable ascension to the British throne, The Post is told. As it stands, the sisters — who are ninth and 12th in line to the throne, respectively — are not working members of the Firm. However, experts have long said that the Prince of Wales, 42, could call his cousins into action once he becomes king. 'They're valuable assets and I'm certain they'll get involved with royal duties when William becomes king,' Ingrid Seward, royal author and editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine, said via GB News. 'I'm sure they would like to do more, and they're waiting in the wings to be asked.' Seward last week said she's 'certain' that Beatrice, 36, and Eugenie, 35, will 'get involved with royal duties' once William ascends the throne. 'It makes perfect sense, because he will need them,' Seward told Hello! Magazine. 'I see them as a sort of double act, working together in the same way as married couples do. Two gorgeous Princesses working together as sisters would be very powerful. I think it would be wonderful, and I think it will happen.' Indeed, palace sources tell The Post that the sisters are 'well aware' of the plans William has in store for them. The future king, who has long championed a leaner monarchy, is reportedly crafting his own blueprint for the next generation of working royals. Experts believe William may be forced to reconsider his plans for a slimmed-down monarchy, given the absence of his estranged brother, Prince Harry. And while Beatrice and Eugenie — whose parents are Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson — aren't working members of the royal family, the duo often steps up in an unofficial capacity when needed. The pair last month hosted a series of garden parties at Buckingham Palace, shortly before the King's Foundation announced Eugenie as a mentor for its new '35 Under 35' network of change-makers. Beatrice, for her part, joined King Charles and Queen Camilla at an event celebrating the work of Elephant Family in Kew Gardens — a conservation charity founded by Camilla's late brother, Mark Shand. 'I think they would be open to doing more, because they like to give back,' Seward said of the sisters, adding that they are 'being kept on ice.' 'They have always been close to William, and the King is very fond of them too,' she continued. 'I see them taking on the sort of role that Princess Alexandra and the Duchess of Kent had when they were younger, working very hard doing philanthropic work, but not taking center stage.' Seward added that both Beatrice and Eugenie could be 'much higher profile' than they are currently once William becomes king. 'I think people see them as a couple of really charming young married women who are relatable and aren't entitled,' she explained. 'And I think people feel for them because they've got this family problem, with their father, which is very embarrassing and difficult for them.' Royal commentator Richard Eden previously claimed that William is 'starting to see the value' of his cousins and their potential long-term contributions to the monarchy. 'From what I'm hearing, Prince William is starting to see the value of his cousins and what, in the long term, they could give,' Eden wrote in the Daily Mail. 'They're doing more and more. They're private duties really, in terms of charity work, but I think Prince William and his father are noticing this and appreciating it.' Eden suggested that William could soon be making announcements about the sisters' future roles within the monarchy, adding that it's an 'exciting time' for them.

Victoria Beckham breaks silence on David's knighthood as they both get titles
The new Lady Victoria Beckham – yes, you read that correctly – has shared a gushing tribute to her husband; now known as Sir David Beckham after it was announced he will be knighted. Football star Sir David's knighthood was finally confirmed today as the King's Birthday Honours list was released this evening. It comes after the news was leaked a week before the official announcement made – a move which could have jeopardised the 50 year old's much longed for title, the exclusively revealed last week. Luckily for Sir David, the leak hasn't prevented him from getting the title he has wished for for a number of years as the news was confirmed in the King's Birthday Honours List, which was released tonight. Sir Beckham is receiving the knighthood for his services to sport and charity, it has been announced. And, following the exciting news, David's loyal and loving wife Victoria, 51, couldn't wait to shower her Goldenballs hubby with praise. Victoria took to Instagram to share a gushing message about David, in which she penned: "You've always been my knight in shining armour, but now it's official. Sir @davidbeckham!!! "What an honour, I couldn't be prouder of you. Your dedication to the things that matter most — your country, your work, your passion, and most of all, your family — has never wavered. "The way you've touched so many lives over the years with kindness and humility speaks volumes about the man you are and continues to inspire us everyday. But above all else, I'm so, so proud to call you mine.I love you so much xxxx". The joyous news comes at a turbulent time for the matriarch and patriarch of the Beckham clan as bubbling tensions between the parents and their eldest son Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham have reached a boiling point. Rumours of a fallout between Brooklyn and his parents first begun earlier this year, when his absence at his mother Victoria's 51st birthday celebrations became apparent – along with him failing to acknowledge her birthday with his usual social media tribute. It was later reported that Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, had fallen out with the Beckhams over Romeo's girlfriend, Kim Turnball, from whom he's since split. A source told the Mirror: "They split a few weeks ago and it's all amicable and they are still friends." Despite Romeo and Kim's amicable split, Brooklyn and Nicola are still, allegedly, not on talking terms with the Beckham clan – with some claiming their fallout is mirroring that of the fallout between Meghan Markle, Prince Harry and the Royal Family. And, while David has been growing close to King Charles, 76, of late – with David at a Royal event alongside the King just one day before his knighthood was announced – Brooklyn and Nicola are said to be forming a bond with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. It has been claimed Meghan and and Nicola found "common ground" after being painted as the villain in the family feuds. Ingrid Seward, Editor-in-Chief of Majesty Magazine, highlighted the similarities in the feuds. "It's also rather fascinating that the Beckham's son, Brooklyn, who was their firstborn, has sort of sided with his wife against the family. In a way, you know, we're looking at Harry, who was not firstborn, but sided with Meghan against the family," she said to The Sun. However, the young celebrity couple have been warned against the move as experts cautioned the couple about the potential 'damage' if they isolated themselves from the family in a similar manner to the Sussexes.

Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz given Meghan Markle and Prince Harry warning
Our community members are treated to special offers, promotions and adverts from us and our partners. You can check out at any time. More info Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz have been advised not to emulate the isolation that has seemingly enveloped Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. The young aspiring chef, and erstwhile photographer, along with his heiress spouse, are reportedly at odds with his illustrious parents recently, sparking claims that Nicola is at the root of it. Mates of the couple have hinted they're worried Nicola might be "isolating" Brooklyn from not only his parents, but also his pals and wider family. This concern peaked when Brooklyn, 26, emphatically declared his unwavering commitment to his other half online, proclaiming: "I always choose you, baby," reports the Mirror. With parallels drawn between Brooklyn and Nicola's situation and that of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, pundits have warned the pair about the potential peril of such a rift with their kin, echoing the upheaval surrounding the Sussexes. Allegations suggest there's a budding rapport between Meghan and Nicola as they both find themselves cast as antagonists in respective family clashes. Majesty Magazine's top dog, Ingrid Seward, pointed out this connection during her commentary to The Sun. "It's also rather fascinating that the Beckham's son, Brooklyn, who was their firstborn, has sort of sided with his wife against the family. In a way, you know, we're looking at Harry, who was not firstborn, but sided with Meghan against the family>" Ingrid also conjectured that amidst the familial strife, Brooklyn and Nicola might be eager to strike up a friendship with none other than Harry and Meghan. Meanwhile, Newsweek's chief Royal correspondent Jack Royston has warned that Brooklyn Beckham should "be careful" in accepting support from Prince Harry due to the unresolved issues within Harry and Meghan's own family. "Brooklyn and Nicola clearly have absolutely lapped up the opportunity to get to know Harry and Meghan, and no doubt probably were sharing some Brooklyn needs to be very careful because family is so important and he has not lost his family yet, but he could," he advised. On another note, a friend of the Beckham clan reportedly expressed that it was "disappointing but unsurprising" if Brooklyn's latest Instagram update was intended as a snub towards his relatives, attributing the supposed incitement to his spouse. The informant elaborated: "They feel Nicola is creating conflict that isn't there - or at the very least ramping it up - in order to isolate Brooklyn from his family. "Yes, Brooklyn is his own Nicola is the one pulling the strings. It feels like she wants him to pick sides - and that's what's clearly happening."
