Misnad briefs Omani team on Qatar's experience in elimination of racial discrimination
DOHA: Minister of State for International Cooperation HE Mariam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad has met with the Omani national team tasked with preparing reports related to the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, headed by Sheikh Khalid bin Rashid Al Manouri, Deputy President of the Supreme Court and Secretary-General of the Administrative Affairs Council for the Judiciary in the sisterly Sultanate of Oman, who is currently visiting the country.
During the meeting, the Minister of State for International Cooperation briefed the Omani national team on the experience of discussing the State of Qatar's national report before the International Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
She stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two countries and continuing the exchange of expertise and best practices among Gulf states.
