Actor Tara Sutaria dazzles in ivory gold corset gown at India Couture Week 2025
Agency: PTI New Delhi, Jul 25 (PTI) Actor Tara Sutaria turned showstopper for designer Isha Jajodia as she presented her collection 'Whispers of Love to Myself" at the Hyundai FDCI India Couture Week here. Jajodia's showcase for her label Roseroom explored girlish charm in a delicate and unique way on the second day of the fashion gala at Taj Palace hotel on Thursday evening. Sutaria, known for movies such as 'Student of the Year 2", 'Marjaavaan" and 'Ek Villain Returns", walked the ramp on the beats of the popular jazz track 'L-O-V-E" by American singer Nat King Cole. The showstopper caused the audience to erupt in applause as she appeared in a breathtaking ivory gold corset gown. The overarching theme of love remained prominent as the actor twirled in her puffy lace skirt for the audience and blew kisses to her rumoured boyfriend Veer Pahariya. Pahariya, who made his acting debut earlier this year with 'Sky Force", and Sutaria have not confirmed their relationship, but their moment at the fashion gala quickly went viral on social media. Sutaria's corset was heavily fitted with gold accents, and her contrasting white lace skirt featured an embellished bodice. Her outfit was paired with a simple necklace. The show featured models who donned structurally sound corsets and intricately detailed designs. Embracing femininity, the colour palette was delicate, featuring colours like dusty pink, baby blue and white. The designer also contrasted these delicate colours with bolder hues like blood red and forest green while incorporating sparkly embroidery and lots of gold as the show progressed. Tara Sutaria calls Veer Pahariya Mine, sparks dating rumours
Agency: New Delhi, Jul 21 (PTI) Bollywood actors Tara Sutaria and Veer Pahariya have seemingly confirmed their relationship on Instagram. Sutaria, known for films such as 'Student of the Year 2" and 'Marjaavaan", shared a series of pictures alongside rapper-singer AP Dhillon from their song 'Thodi Si Daaru" on her Instagram handle on Sunday. But what caught attention was the word exchange between her and Pahariya. The 'Sky Force" actor wrote 'My", adding star and heart emojis in the comment section of the post, to which Sutaria replied 'Mine" with a heart emoji. The rumours of the relationship between the actors have been there for a while. The duo also walked as the showstoppers together for the British fashion brand ASOS at the 25th edition of Lakme Fashion Week in March. Pahariya made his acting debut with 'Sky Force" alongside Akshay Kumar. The film was released in January and featured Pahariya in the role of T Krishna Vijaya 'Tabby". It was directed by Abhishek Anil Kapur and Sandeep Kewlani. Actor Tara Sutaria entered Bollywood in 2019 with Student of the Year 2. Now, in a new interview, Tara shared that she is proud of herself that she could navigate the 'difficult' business, going on to call it a lonely task. Tara looks back In an interview with The Times of India, Tara looked back at her journey of being in the film industry. Tara said, 'When I began my career in films, I didn't know a lot of people in the industry, and I was new to a lot of this whole world of filmmaking. So, it took many years to get used to a lot of things, and to understand how the industry functions and works... It has also been a very difficult and a very lonely task to manoeuvre and navigate so many things because when you're not from the inside, you don't have anybody to really discuss things with, seek advice from'. She feels a lot of people who come from filmy backgrounds have a lot of inside information about films. Over time, she figured out her own space. In the interview, Tara shares that things can be tricky when one is a 'relatively reserved and introverted' person. 'There have been so many instances in my career where I wish I could have had guidance, I wish I could have had people from the inside of the industry help me out. In my experience it's best to listen to your gut and intuition for your own career,' added Tara. Right now, she is happily focusing on quality work rather than quantity. About Tara's career Tara, who gained popularity with Disney sitcom The Suite Life of Karan & Kabir, entered Bollywood with Student of the Year 2, Marjaavaan, and Ek Villain Returns. Tara was also seen in OTT project, Apurva. She was most recently seen in a song video opposite Ishaan Khatter. She is now gearing up for her next project, Awarapan 2, a sequel to the 2007 hit, in which she will be seen alongside Emraan Hashmi.
