Popular TV soap Beyond The Gates has been renewed for a second series, much to the joy of excited fans. The show premiered on CBS in February 2025 and is already a hit among viewers. It follows a number of wealthy families living in a gated community in an affluent African-American suburb of Maryland, and is the first show of its kind to focus on a Black family in 35 years. In recent episodes, a cascade of betrayals left the Dupree family reeling, and fans 'screaming'. Having already aired 50 episodes, the future of Beyond The Gates has now been confirmed. Posting a short clip to Instagram with the caption, 'Here's a little treat to start your week. You're welcome,' CBS confirmed that the show will return for a second season. The news has thrilled fans, who took to social media to share their joy. 'From the talented actors and actresses, to the creative writers, and even the hair/makeup/wardrobe department, Beyond The Gates has EARNED that renewal!!' One fan wrote on Twitter/X. 'Beyond The Gates season 2 so excited and so well deserved this show is the best show on daytime tv right now period!!' Another said, while a third added: 'Love this new soap so much.' More Trending The cast of the US soap are also delighted, with Martin Richardson star Brandon Claybon sharing his gratitude. 'So exciting!!! We are so grateful!!!' He wrote on X.
