May 7—GRAND FORKS — A driver was arrested after a chase through Grand Forks that went through Lincoln Park before finally ending near downtown.
The incident started at approximately 6:20 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, when an officer observed a vehicle driving eastbound on DeMers Avenue at a dangerously high rate of speed, according to a report sent to the media by the Grand Forks Police Department.
