Appeal issued to Irish EuroMillions players as trio land life-changing prizes

A trio of Irish EuroMIllions players are celebrating after landing life-changing prizes in Tuesday night's draw. While there was no winner of last night's jaw-dropping €238,816,941 jackpot, players in Cavan, Clare, and Kerry are being urged to check their tickets after three lucky Irish punters scooped six-figure sums. A player in Sixmilebridge came agonisingly close to scooping Tuesday's mammoth jackpot after matching five numbers plus one lucky star in the main EuroMillions draw. While the Clare player missed out on the mega €238.8m jackpot, they still have plenty of reason to celebrate as still managed to win an incredible €212,330. The National Lottery has confirmed that the winning Quick Pick was purchased on the day of the draw from Centra, The Square, Sixmilebridge - the same town that saw a €500,000 win earlier in March. The winning numbers in last night's EuroMillions draw were: 12, 15, 38, 47, 48 and the Lucky Stars were 5 and 7. Meanwhile, two Irish players bagged a whopping €500,000 each after matching all five numbers in Tuesday's EuroMillions Plus draw. The Cavan winner purchased their Quick Pick ticket on Saturday from Costcutter on Railway Road, Cavan, while the Kerry player purchased their Quick Pick on Sunday from Healy's Shop on New Street, Killarney. The winning numbers in last night's EuroMillions Plus draw were: 11, 13, 25, 27 and 40. With the two latest wins, the number of €500,000 EuroMillions Plus top prize winners has soared to 18 in 2025 - bringing the total prize money awarded this year to a whopping €9m. Lotto bosses are now calling on players in Cavan, Clare, and Kerry to check their tickets carefully and if you're holding the winning ticket, be sure to contact the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@ to arrange the collection of your prize. Darragh O'Dwyer, National Lottery spokesperson, said: "It's been an extraordinary night of celebrations across the country, with three players in Cavan, Clare, and Kerry waking up significantly richer today. "We're thrilled to see two EuroMillions Plus top prizes of €500,000 and a Match 5 win of €212,330 all land in one night across both the EuroMillions and EuroMillions Plus draws.' As Tuesday's €238,816,941, EuroMillions jackpot went unclaimed, Friday night's draw will see players in with a chance of winning an estimated €250 million – the biggest ever EuroMillions Jackpot. Players dreaming of becoming Ireland's newest multi-millionaire are reminded that tickets for Friday night's draw can be purchased in-store, through the National Lottery app or at ahead of the 7.30pm cut-off time for sales on Friday evening.
