McDonald's Popular Snack Wrap Finally Returns to Menu Today, July 10

The triumphant return to McDonald's menu glory, at least for some, initially began back on April 15 of this year. For those truly devoted to all things McDonald's, particularly the fast-food chain's signature classics, it has probably felt a whole lot longer than just a few months of great anticipation. Thankfully, however, after that succinct and well-crafted playful tease of a post by McDonald's on X in April, the moment has finally arrived and—after a very noticeable nine-year hiatus—those treasured Snack Wraps are officially back on the menu as of Thursday, July 10. With that, the McDonald's expert social media team can perhaps take a well-earned break and "quit playing around" with the emotions of their passionate customers. Then again, maybe not. There's probably next to no time for any rest in this fiery summer of fast-food battles, especially so since the Spicy McMuffin just arrived to the McDonald's menu on Tuesday, July 8. And that's really a good thing, though, because the famously active McDonald's X account has already chosen to get ahead of the palpable buzz, giving everyone full permission to be late for work in order to be first in line for a Snack Wrap—or perhaps, Snack Wraps. To convey the magnitude of what's clearly become a monumental day for McDonald's—and obviously its customers, too—the popular chain's current bio on their X account simply reads, "you won. 7.10.25," as a funny nod to the staunch demand for the Snack Wrap's return. But as things tend to go on social media, change happens rather quickly, with the bio now reading, "I'm retiring you won. Snack Wrap is back." Nonetheless, as stated by the countless people who have taken part in begging and pleading for the Snack Wrap to come back, the customers have indeed won. Expectedly, the references to the very moment millions of McDonald's locations will begin serving Snack Wraps have continued to flow in from the lively account. For Snack Wrap-seekers who happen to live in Northeast Ohio, you're in luck. Within that region, there are 25 McDonald's locations, all listed right here, that will be offering a free Snack Wrap to the first 100 drive-thru customers on Thursday, July 10. The special giveaway is slated to begin at 11 a.m EDT. For everyone else, it'll be first come, first serve to snatch up a Snack Wrap, with the choice of either ranch or spicy sauce and priced at what seems like a friendly $ Popular Snack Wrap Finally Returns to Menu Today, July 10 first appeared on Men's Journal on Jul 10, 2025

McDonald's Snack Wrap is back, and we tried it: Here's our review

An oldie but a goodie is officially back on the McDonald's menu. After months of teasing from McDonald's about the possible return of the Snack Wrap, the highly anticipated (and beloved) menu item was made available for purchase on July 10, after nearly a decade away. Snack Wraps, which come in either the "Spicy" or "Ranch" flavor, costs $2.99 a la carte but can be made into a combo meal consisting of two Snack Wraps, a medium fry and a drink of choice. And we, just like the rest of the U.S., were eager to try it. So, we did. A handful of USA TODAY reporters and video producers who tried the McDonald's Snack Wrap either again or for the first time, offered their thoughts and genuine reactions to the entrée on camera. Here's our review, including review and reactions from others who were equally as ecstatic about the Snack Wrap's return. The group who taste-tested McDonald's Snack Wrap have spoken, and the truth of the matter is that many people thought the entrée is just OK. But it did receive a stamp of approval from video producers Ariana Triggs and Christina Cardona. Julie Gomez, a trending reporter, was not as easily impressed, saying that she was disappointed by the lack of sauce, since the majority of the sauce that came in her Snack Wrap was located on the bottom, instead of being evenly spread throughout. "There's no difference to me," Gomez says. "That doesn't have any sauce. It's just chicken." Senior reporter Mike Snider, who ordered a "Spicy" Snack Wrap, said it was "pretty spicy" and ultimately better than he thought it would be. "It's pretty solid," Gabe Hauari, another trending reporter, told the camera. "The chicken is nice. The cheese and lettuce add a little bit of flavor and texture as well." Trending reporter Melina Khan, on the other hand, said that her Snack Wrap was "definitely tasty." "(It's) Definitely an easy thing to grab as a quick bite to eat if you're on the go or something like that," Khan said. McDonald's Snack Wraps are back. Are they healthy? July 10 will forevermore be known as the day the Snack Wrap returned to McDonald's. (At least that's what everybody's been saying.) Most everyone who is talking about Snack Wraps on social media is itching to try it or are posting pictures once they've gotten it. A small minority were a little miffed that Honey Mustard was not among the Snack Wrap flavors released. The netizens have spoken and here's what they're saying about McDonald's "new" Snack Wrap: Contributing: Gabe Hauari, USA TODAY This article originally appeared on USA TODAY: We tried McDonald's Snack Wraps. McDonald's fans fume after 'best ever' menu item is quietly discontinued

McDonald's fans are left fuming after 'best' menu item is quietly taken off the menu. The Chicken Bacon Caesar Wrap was a firm favourite among the fast food chains customers, after it launched in 2023. The burger chain discontinued the item as part of a 'rotation' of its menu, which the brand is known to do every few months. The popular wrap, which contained chicken breast strips, crispy onions, bacon and lettuce, wrapped in a soft tortilla, was removed from the menu earlier this month. A McDonald's spokesperson told The Sun: 'As part of our regular wrap rotation, we've taken the Caesar wrap off the menu for now. 'We're always evolving our menu with our customers in mind to keep things fresh and exciting.' McDonald's is known for shaking up the menu every few months and often items return. That means there is a chance the Chicken Caesar Wrap could make a return at some point in the future. It comes after McDonald's announced a new summer menu earlier this month with 12 tasty new additions including a fan favourite previously dubbed the 'best burger ever'. Launching in McDonald's restaurants across the UK, the new menu is set to feature the Biscoff McFlurry and Frappe, a spicy burger as well as a Pokemon Happy Meals for the kids. The ultra-popular Steakhouse Stack burger will make its much-anticipated return but it will set you back a little more than before. It features two juicy 100 per cent British and Irish beef patties, with cheddar cheese, crispy onions, red onion, lettuce, and a savoury black peppercorn sauce served in a toasted sesame bun and will only be available for a limited time. Originally launched in March 2023, it's been in and out of restaurants and instantly proved a huge hit with fast food fans. The fast food giant last relaunched the much-loved Steakhouse Stack in January 2024 for £5.39, however, now fans will have to fork out £5.99 for the burger alone. After the beloved burger was added to McDonald's menu last year, it created a buzz among customers. One user took to X, formerly known as Twitter: 'Whoever Ronald McDonald employed to invent the steakhouse stack deserves the world'. Another keen foodie said: 'The steakhouse stack was the best burger they've done in a long time'. A different user went as far as claiming: 'The steakhouse stack is the best burger on the McDonald's menu and nothing will convince me otherwise '. Another unlikely McDonald's fan agreed: 'The Steakhouse Stack from Maccies may just be the best burger I've ever consumed from that cesspit of a place wow'. More took to the social media platform to express their love for the burger: 'McDonald's steakhouse that's the best burger they've ever produced'. 'Steakhouse stack did not disappoint though' and 'Ngl the McDonald's Steakhouse Stack is very good'. One even expressed: 'Petition to keep the Steakhouse Stack for good', about the limited-edition item. But the Steakhouse Stack isn't the only exciting addition coming to McDonald's menus this summer. As the weather warms up the refreshing Frozen Cherry Lemonade is sure to be a hit. For £2.99 the icy beverage is a tangy frozen lemonade with a deliciously sweet cherry-flavoured swirl. Sweet-toothed diners will be delighted by the return of the Lotus Biscoff McFlurry and Frappe. The McFlurry, available in regular and mini sizes has crunchy Biscoff biscuit crumbs swirled into the soft serve. The Frappe has a vanilla flavour base, blended with ice and Biscoff biscuit crumb which is then topped with caramel-flavoured cream and a Biscoff crumb dusting. Customers who can handle the heat will want to try the McSpicy X Frank's RedHot burger with chicken breast in a hot and crispy coating, lettuce, cheese, jalapeños, slivered onions, and Frank's RedHot® Mayo all in a toasted sesame seed bun. For those who only want a taste of spice, the Frank's RedHot Mayo is perfect to dip a chip in and will be available separately exclusively in UK McDonald's locations. A new limited-edition Happy Meal will soon feature one of eight Dragon-Type Pokémon toys or one of two Little People Big Dreams books, 'I Can Make Amazing Music' or 'I Can Be a Wonderful Artist'. The special Happy Meal toys will be available from May 7 until June 17 so you better be quick. The limited-time Katsu Chicken One wrap with crispy or grilled chicken, coated in flavourful katsu sauce, onions, cucumber, and lettuce in a toasted tortilla is staying on the menu - and diners can get it for only £1.99 on Wednesdays. Also remaining available to order are the Cheesy Garlic Bread Dippers that come in a four-piece or Sharebox. What's on McDonald's new summer menu? McDonald's confirms it's quietly discontinued ‘the best' item in menu shake-up leaving customers raging

MCDONALD'S has confirmed it's axed "the best" menu item leaving customers raging. The fast food giant has ditched its Chicken Bacon Caesar Wrap as part of a "rotation" of its offering. The wrap, which combined chicken breast strips, crispy onions, rashers of bacon and lettuce, was first launched in summer 2023. However, the home of the Big Mac said it was taken off menus earlier this month. A spokesperson added: "As part of our regular wrap rotation, we've taken the Caesar wrap off the menu for now. "We're always evolving our menu with our customers in mind to keep things fresh and exciting." News the wrap has been dropped from menus has not been met well by fast food fans though. Posting on Reddit, one commented: "Where has it gone? Please don't tell me it's discontinued. It's the best one of them all!" Another chipped in: "What the hell?! Why's this not been publicised anywhere. It was the best one of all of them. "I can't believe they've decided to go with the Katsu over it. How can I complain." While a third added: "It was the only good one in this current line up, I'll gladly die in (sic) this hill." It's worth bearing in mind, McDonald's, like other fast food chains and retailers, regularly shakes up its menu. That means there is a chance the Caesar Wrap could make a return at some point in the future. Last October, McDonald's announced it was bringing back its iconic McRib after almost 10 years for a limited time. It came after customers begged for the pork-based sandwich, which first launched in 1981, to make a comeback. However, it was quietly discontinued the following month. A host of other items have come off menus in recent years to make way for new ones including the fan favourite Chicken Legend. The Breakfast Bagel and iconic Sundae's have also fallen off menus since 2018. OTHER MCDONALD'S NEWS The Sun exclusively revealed earlier this month McDonald's has sneakily hiked the price of its popular menu items. Our research found the price of four items has jumped by up to 15% in the last 12 months. Customers now have to pay 10% more for the popular Steakhouse Stack burger, which now costs £5.99 as a single item when it was £5.49 last year. Its Biscoff Frappe has also been hiked, from £2.99 to £3.09, while its Biscoff McFlurry is now £2.29, up from £1.99. Customers have been left fuming over the price hikes as they tackle higher housing and retail costs. One said: "Why has McDonald's gotten so expensive?!!! More than £5 for a Big Mac is just wild." "Ive stopped eating there a while ago, I always had couple of double cheeseburgers, they were 1.59 each and a wrap of the day that was 1.99," another commenter said. "Right now double cheeseburgers are over 2 quid I think. It's just not worth it anymore. Big Mac is 5 quid and I will destroy it in 4-5 bites. I rather make food at home now." Another person wrote: "I remember the days an extra value meal was £2.88." How to save at McDonald's You could end up being charged more for a McDonald's meal based solely on the McDonald's restaurant you choose. Research by The Sun found a Big Mac meal can be up to 30% cheaper at restaurants just two miles apart from each other. You can pick up a Big Mac and fries for just £2.99 at any time by filling in a feedback survey found on McDonald's receipts. The receipt should come with a 12-digit code which you can enter into the Food for Thought website alongside your submitted survey. You'll then receive a five-digit code which is your voucher for the £2.99 offer. There are some deals and offers you can only get if you have the My McDonald's app, so it's worth signing up to get money off your meals. The MyMcDonald's app can be downloaded on iPhone and Android phones and is quick to set up. You can also bag freebies and discounts on your birthday if you're a My McDonald's app user. The chain has recently sent out reminders to app users to fill out their birthday details - otherwise they could miss out on birthday treats.
