Primetime 585 Spotlight Team: Penfield track and field
After both its girls and boys teams won the Victor Invitational last week, Penfield track and field is the Spotlight Team of the Week.
For the boys, Micah Davis won the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.16. He is currently ranked first in Section V in the event.
The boys 4×100 relay of Gavin Dovholuk, Micah Davis, Michael Cassata and Nick Walker took first place with a time of 42.30 to set a meet record.
The girls 4×100 relay of Elizabeth Vigliotti, Reese Cialini, Adelyn Alchowiak and Kaelyn Wake also came in first with a time of 49.62. Wake also won the long jump with a distance of 18-1.75.
