The Daytona 599 has been described by Ferrari as its "most aerodynamically efficient" road car – while others have compared it to a bumblebee. Top speed Regardless of how it looks it can certainly move ... and fast. It is capable of going from zero to 62mph in just 2.85 seconds. It can also reach 125mph from a standing start in 7.4 seconds, and has a top speed of 211mph. A spokesperson for RM Sotheby's said: 'This evening [Aug 16] RM Sotheby's, in partnership with Ferrari, set a new world record as a one-of-one 2025 Tailor Made Ferrari Daytona SP3 sold for $26 million, becoming the highest-priced new Ferrari ever sold at auction 'All proceeds from the record-breaking sale will benefit The Ferrari Foundation, a 501(c)3 public charity dedicated to advancing educational programs and community projects worldwide.'
