Braless Miquita Oliver, 41, turns heads in a sheer knitted mini dress while posing for racy snaps
Miquita Oliver turned up the heat with her latest Instagram post on Tuesday. The TV personality, 40, decided to give her followers a treat as she posed up a storm in a sheer beige knitted mini dress. The sizzle dress left little to the imagination as she flashed her nipples and showed off her sensational figure. She covered her modesty with a black pair of underwear and finished the look with black pumps. Miquita captioned the sexy snaps: 'Making it work at mum's house.' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the Daily Mail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. It comes after Miquita revealed she had a secret abortion at the age of 24 after being 'too scared and embarrassed' to tell her ex. The TV star, who co-hosts Miss Me? podcast with her best friend Lily Allen, confessed she got the termination just a day before going back to work. At the time Miquita was presenting the Fashion Rocks event on T4 on Channel 4, according to The Sun. In an episode on their Miss Me? podcast, she said: 'I remember I worked at Fashion Rocks, at the Royal Albert Hall, for T4, Lily was there performing. 'All these popstars would come and sing with a brand, but I'd had an abortion the day before. It was really quite serious, and I was only 24. 'And I thought "you can't do that to Fashion Rocks, who is going to host the T4 coverage?" That was some next level type of cramps walking around the Royal Albert Hall. 'It was a very weird day. I was really quite heavily pregnant with my ex and I was just so embarrassed and so scared he wouldn't want to go out with me anymore. So I kept it to myself until now.' Last year, Miquita revealed she was 'attending therapy sessions drunk' at the height of her alcoholism as she candidly discussed her struggle. The presenter previously admitted to 'losing everything' to bankruptcy and booze when she was unable to pay a £174,000 tax bill back in 2012. Speaking her Miss Me? podcast, she opened up about their experiences with therapy. One listener called in to asked if there was a particular event that made them start therapy. Miquita admitted: 'I started going to a therapist when I was deep in my alcoholism in my early thirties and it didn't work because I was going to my sessions drunk. 'That is a whole different level of performative therapy. I was trying to pretend that I hadn't been drinking.' She continued: 'That really did feel pointless and because of how awful I realised that going to therapy drunk was that led me to stop drinking for a little bit. 'But then I found a really good therapist who did help me change my life, and continue to change my life.' Addressing her bankruptcy on BBC Three programme Young, British & Broke in 2013, she said she was so ashamed about her financial troubles that she didn't tell anybody for two years. She said: 'At 17 I was earning money I didn't know how to handle and before I knew it I owed thousands to the taxman. 'I just felt like I couldn't breathe and that I was sinking. I was so scared about my future and I didn't tell anyone for 2 years. 'When I was declared bankrupt it felt like I was in a financial mess I would never get out of.' Lily and Miquita grew up in the limelight, and spent their younger years partying incessantly, something which they have openly discussed on their podcast. They have been there for each other through many tough times but one area where they haven't been so loyal is men. On their podcast Miquita spoke of a particularly sticky time, which came before Lily's music fame, when the presenter had a crush. Taking listeners back to the early noughties when she was hosting Popworld, Channel 4's Sunday morning music show, Miquita said: 'There was a pop star. 'I found out that he fancied me. I told Lily that I liked him. Cue, Lily gets herself to a festival in Japan and seduces him.' Lily hadn't broken through as an artist yet so instead got a job in artist relations to get backstage for the gig. The conversation on their podcast got tense as Lily questioned whether Miquita had ever made her feelings clear for the man. Lily admitted she flew to Japan to 'lock that one in', adding: 'I fancied him, so I was getting mine. By the way, I think pop stars are fair game, like, I don't care.' The pair laughed as they recalled the incident, however Miquita revealed that she didn't speak to Lily for six months after it happened.

Lily Allen reveals she's feeling 'incredibly low' in her New York City house after split from husband David Harbour
Lily Allen has revealed that she has been 'feeling incredibly low' and lonely in her New York City home as she candidly opened up on Wednesday. The singer, 40, who confirmed her split from husband David Harbour in January, explained that she has been feeling 'extremely heavy' as she 'doesn't have that much to do here' in the city. She moved to Brooklyn in 2020 to be closer to David, enrolling her daughters in local schools. Revealing she is taking a break from social media, the Smile hitmaker said there is 'nothing filling the gaps' as she is no longer doom scrolling. Speaking to Miquita Oliver on the friends' BBC 's Miss Me? podcast, Lily said: 'I'm nearly two weeks into complete social media ban. 'I interestingly enough the beginning of last week I was feeling incredibly low, like lower than I've felt in months. It was extremely heavy. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the Daily Mail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'And then I realised maybe this is because I'm not filling the gaps with doom scrolling and I've suddenly got this time for like reflection, you know what I mean.' She continued: 'I don't have that much to do here in New York during the day and so I guess I would find myself sitting on Instagram and scrolling or being narcissistic and posting or reading my responses and getting that doppamine fix. 'And I haven't had it for nearly two weeks and I think it made me initially really sad. 'I think I was having withdrawal symptoms. It was horrible, I mean, I really did feel like I was withdrawing from drugs or something, it was crazy. 'But it took me a minute to think, 'oh yeah it was probably that''. Lily opening up comes after she split from Stranger Things actor David, 49, late last year after four years of marriage. Lily and David tied the knot in Vegas in 2020, and the couple moved from London to the United States. However, last December, friends confirmed they had split after living 'separate lives' for months. Speaking on BBC's Miss Me? podcast, Lily said: 'I'm nearly two weeks into complete social media ban. I interestingly enough the beginning of last week I was feeling incredibly low, like lower than I've felt in months. It was extremely heavy' Lily previously said of their split: 'I am not over it. I am sort of running away. Maybe I will have a nervous breakdown.' The former couple originally met on the celebrity dating app Raya in 2019. Previously speaking on The Jonathan Ross Show, Lily shared that she was only 'swiping for a bit of fun' when she came across David dressed as a 'sexy policeman'. 'I didn't know who he was. I thought he was just like a sexy policeman from a reality TV show because he was wearing a policeman's uniform. It was a still from Stranger Things. I'd never seen Stranger Things,' she said. 'I don't even know what I was looking for. It was just something to do on holiday, swiping, it's a bit of fun. 'When I met him, I didn't think it was going to go anywhere. He was here filming Black Widow. He was only going to be here for a couple of months. And then it did [go somewhere].' Their separation came after Lily turned amateur sleuth after speculating that David had 'cheated' on the same dating app. Lily was left in 'agony' when she allegedly discovered the actor had a secret profile on the celebrity dating app, The Mail on Sunday revealed. The pop star joined the app herself, pretending to be 'looking for women' – and allegedly found that David had already set up a dating profile. He was reportedly listed on the app as being active for at least a month. Raya is so exclusive that it accepts only around eight per cent of applicants, but it has more than 10,000 members, with 100,000 on the waiting list. Once users find a new partner, they usually disable their profiles. It comes after Lily was left in 'agony' earlier this year when she allegedly discovered the actor had a secret profile on the celebrity dating app Raya, The Mail on Sunday revealed A source said: 'Lily was looking for women that were on Raya and cross-referencing them with women David follows on Instagram to try to figure out who he was seeing. She was doing her Wagatha thing. 'Lily only rejoined Raya to try to figure out whether he was seeing someone. 'Lily has never even looked at anyone since she met David. She is devastated. He broke up with Lily a month ago. 'He was meant to be on holiday with her in Kenya over Christmas.' David's alleged dating profile, exclusively revealed by the Mail on Sunday, read: 'Visiting New York from Atlanta' and 'closet nerd that plays tough guys on your TV'. It also described him as living in Atlanta, Georgia, 800 miles from the family home in Brooklyn, New York, where the couple moved in 2020, with Lily enrolling her children in local schools. He bought a house in Atlanta last year to be closer to the Stranger Things set, as the show was filming its fifth and final series. Lily's circle of London friends said she had suspected for some time that her husband was interested in other women. By the time the couple broke up, she had become convinced that he had a secret girlfriend. A source previously said: 'Lily is of the belief that he has been open to meeting new people for some time now, though she only found out at the end of the summer. He has been living in Atlanta for a year for filming.'
