Boston Celtics jersey history No. 20 - Mo Wagner (2021)

Boston Celtics jersey history No. 20 - Mo Wagner (2021) The Boston Celtics have had players suiting up in a total of 68 different jersey numbers (and have three others not part of any numerical series) since their founding at the dawn of the Basketball Association of America (BAA -- the league that would become today's NBA), worn by well over 500 players in the course of Celtics history. To commemorate the players who wore those numbers, Celtics Wire is covering the entire history of jersey numbers and the players who sported them since the founding of the team. With 25 of those jerseys now retired to honor some of the greatest Celtics to wear those jerseys, there is a lot of history to cover. And for today's article, we will continue with the 30th of 31 people to wear the No. 20 jersey, Boston big man alum Moritz Wagner. After ending his college career at Michigan, Wagner was picked up with the 25th overall selection of the 2018NBA draft by the Los Angeles Lakers. The Berlin, Germany native would play the first season of his pro career with the Lakers. He would also play for the Washington Wizards before he was dealt to Boston in 2021. His stay with the team would span just nine games before he would be cut by the team. During his time suiting up for the Celtics, Wagner wore only jersey No. 20 and put up 1.2 points and 2.1 rebounds per game. All stats and data courtesy of Basketball Reference.

The Celtics (-1000) are far too expensive to take, while the Magic (+650) aren't worth the risk either. BET MAGIC +13.5 (-110). The Magic have covered 4 of their last 5 games overall and are 4-2 ATS in their last 6 as underdogs. Orlando has allowed 106 or fewer points in 10 of its last 13 games, so it should defend well enough to keep things close. The Celtics haven't been incredible as sizable favorites, going 4-6 ATS in their last 10 games as double-digit favorites. They are just 3-5 ATS in their last 8 games at home too. Considering those trends, back MAGIC +13.5 (-110). BET OVER 205.5 (-110). Both teams have scored well as of late. The Celtics closed out the regular season scoring at least 119 points in 4 of their last 6 games. The Magic put up 120 points on Atlanta Tuesday and have scored at least 119 in 3 of their last 5 games. They are 4-3 O/U in their last 7 contests. Back OVER 205.5. (-110).
