Miiro Borneta, Barcelona hotel review
Situated in the interlocking, puzzle-like streets of leafy El Born, the hotel is well placed for exploring Barcelona's sites, including Ciutadella Park, the Picasso Museum, the Moco Museum and the Foto Colectania Foundation, and is a surprisingly serene spot given its buzzy location. Barceloneta beach is only a 20-minute walk away, as are many great restaurants, including Super, a trendy new spot to enjoy market cuisine and natural wines. Only a couple of doors down from Borneta is the Spanish outpost of Aire: a luxurious, candle-lit spa which also has sites in London and New York.

A free exhibition of Bob Dylan's paintings is opening in London this week
May is turning out to be a big month for famous singers turning their attentions towards visual art. Just days after Mr Robbie Williams opened an exhibition of his 'radically honest' art at Mayfair tourist hotspot the Moco Museum, some guy called Bob Dylan is exhibiting his paintings at Bond Street's Halcyon Gallery. Opening on Friday May 9, Point Blank will feature 97 original paintings on paper, created between 2021 and 2022 and based on quick sketches that were then painted over. The isn't the first time the 84-year-old Nobel Prize-winning songwriter has swapped his guitar for some paintbrushes; Dylan has been working with the gallery for almost two decades, having staged several previous exhibitions at the space, including 2021's Deep Focus, a series of works mostly created during the 2020 lockdown. The freewheelin' musician – who was recently introduced to a new generation of fans via Oscar-nominated biopic A Complete Unknown – has also been the subject of several international exhibitions, including a major 2019 retrospective at the Museum of Modern Art in Shanghai. Speaking of the latest show, Halycon Gallery founder Paul Green said, 'It is nearly 18 years since Halcyon first started working with Bob Dylan and it has been an extraordinary experience to watch this cultural icon develop into such a critically revered and important visual artist so closely. This latest body of paintings feels like a more intimate connection to the artist than in any of his previous work and it is a great privilege to share them with the public for the first time.'

Robbie Williams shares rare kiss with wife Ayda Williams
Robbie Williams and Ayda Field were snapped sharing a peck following their recent confessions about their sex life. The couple was snapped at the opening of Robbie Williams' new solo art exhibition 'Radical Honesty' at Moco Museum on Thursday night. Robbie, 49, and Ayda, 43, looked cosy as they shared a public kiss while in attendance at the artsy event. The pair are rarely snapped showing this type of intimacy in public, so this was a sweet move from the couple who married in 2010. This comes just a week after the couple opened up about their sex life in a joint interview and admitted they are comfortable no longer having a particularly active sex life. 'Everyone knows there's no sex after marriage,' Robbie told The Sun. 'No sex in a marriage is only a problem if you're on different pages; if one person wants it, and the other doesn't; if you have different expectations or requirements. 'But really, everyone knows there is no sex after marriage. That's just the way it is. He then added that he took testosterone for a time, which enhanced their sex life – but had to be scrapped because he's an addict. 'But the sex we had when I was on testosterone was incredible; it was all the time. We were insatiable. It goes to show how into each other we really are, though, because when I was on it, we couldn't take our hands off each other. 'I miss that. That was a fun period. Sometimes now, though, Ayda will turn to me on the sofa and say, 'We should do sex,' and I'm sitting there eating a tangerine and just sort of shrug. So, ya know, sometimes we try.' Ayda emphasised that they are both happy with their current set-up. 'Intimacy is the important, meaningful side of love. I have friends who feel obliged to have sex with their husbands and that must be awful. 'Me and Rob are on the same page. We are happy,' she said. This isn't the first time that the couple has been frank about their sex life. Ayda previously joked to The Sun that their sex life was 'completely dead': 'I don't actually remember the last time I went to bed with Rob at the same time.' More Trending 'When there was romance, when that happens, yes, there would be a communal sleeping place just out of physical need. 'But now that that's completely dead. It's been obliterated by four kids. There is really no need to go to bed at the same time. It's just a joint workspace now. 'I might as well make the bed like a ping pong table and we could just play every now and then. And stray off into other corners to sleep.' Speaking to Giovanna Fletcher on an old episode of her podcast, Ayda made the same comments:'[Our sex life] has been obliterated by four kids. There is really no need to go to bed at the same time. It's just a joint workspace.' Got a story? Robbie Williams packs on the PDA with wife Ayda Field as they attend a private viewing party for his Radical Honesty solo art exhibition
Robbie Williams shared a tender kiss with wife Ayda Field as she accompanied him to a private viewing party for his Radical Honesty solo art exhibition at London's Moco Museum on Thursday. The singer, 51, cut a casual figure in a denim jacket and matching jeans at the event celebrating his third exhibition of his art work. Robbie was supported by his loving wife Ayda, 45, who dressed to impress on the night in a multicoloured cropped jacket. Ayda teamed her checked jacked with a white top and flared blue jeans, while boosting her height with a pair of silver platforms. The couple appeared in great spirits as they mingled with art lovers inside while taking in Robbie's artwork. Meanwhile, the Angels hitmaker happily greeting the hordes of fans who had gathered outside, with the star seen snapping selfies with his admirers. The exhibition also attracted a star-studded crowd, with famous faces including the likes of Leigh Francis, Louis Theroux and Ella Morgan in attendance. The exhibition's host venue, the Moco Museum - which has branches in London, Amsterdam and Barcelona - shared a snap of Robbie as they promoted the art event. It said: 'In Radical Honesty, Robbie invites us to embrace the full spectrum of being human, from anxiety and self-doubt to self-love and mirror pep talks.' It added the quote: 'In a world obsessed with keeping it together, embracing the chaos might just be the most radical thing you can do.' Robbie first swapped the microphone for a paintbrush back in 2022 with his debut exhibition. After making a dramatic career change, Robbie showcased his creative side by presenting black and white paintings he created with interior designer Ed Godrich at Sotheby's New Bond Street galleries in April that year. He showed off 14 of his stunning art creations at the exhibition, which was open to the public, while Robbie and Ed also auctioned off their painting Beverly, marking the first time they had sold one of their co-creations. Speaking of his artwork at the time, Robbie said: 'Art is really whatever you want it to be. Just like music it has the ability to soothe and provide company when you're lonely. Ayda teamed her checked jacked with a white top and flared blue jeans, while boosting her height with a pair of silver platforms The couple appeared in great spirits as they mingled with art lovers inside while taking in Robbie's artwork 'Art and music have punctuated my ups and downs, but more importantly they both have the power to change how I feel in a moment.' Robbie later admitted he'd given up 'cocaine and strippers' for 'colouring in' as he began to make money out of his lockdown hobby. In an interview with The Times in 2022, Robbie revealed that part of the attraction to art was that it wasn't music: 'It used to be cocaine and strippers - now it's colouring in' He continued: 'I've done the same thing now for 30 years — album, promo, tour,' he then explained that art renaissance, however, 'has led me to be a different person' Meanwhile, despite snapping photos with fans at his art exhibition, last month Robbie opened up with his fans about how he really struggles being recognised and asked for selfies when out and about. The star took to Instagram as he recounted how he had been asked for multiple photos on a recent flight as he admitted requests for selfies cause him discomfort and panic. The star took a bow and was cheered along while introducing his exhibition The singer explained that while he can mask it well, he urged fans to consider what else could be going on for him in the moment as he made the point he is a normal man with a family. Discussing the flight he pointed out he had had little sleep and was trying to look after his four children, and one selfie would undoubtedly trigger more as it would alert people as to who he was. He explained that one fan had passed him a 'lovely note', praising his Netflix documentary that detailed his struggles with fame. Robbie then decided to write back as he explained a selfie would cause his anxiety to 'spike, because then the whole cabin would start wondering who I am'. Revealing that more notes and requests for photos then followed he dived into a discussion on being a celebrity and the pressures that come with it. He explained: 'There's a kind of unspoken law: as a celebrity, you should be accessible 24/7. 'Greet all strangers like you're the mayor of the best town anyone's ever visited. Make sure their wishes are met, whatever they are.' Yet Robbie stressed that celebrities are normal humans like the rest of us as he added, many are 'fans of fame, not necessarily of me'. He wrote: 'What I am saying is - let people be people. Humans struggling - like we all are - in one way or another.' The star urged fans to give celebrities the 'dignity of their privacy, their wants, their needs', as he could be 'on the phone with my mum, talking about her dementia or thinking about my dad's Parkinson's'.
